Hi guys! I ordered my shoes on Thursday,the came on Saturday morning! In beautiful box,shoes are just perfect! Highly recommend! Definitely will make more purchase!

FedEx snapped a picture of somebody else's garage with the package face down no address present or anything. Both parties denied me a refund or the merchandise. They both closed my claim. This is so unfair, all because FedEx hires thefts. Folks and for their $#*!.! Stop taking people's stuff.

Once again I am dealing with shipping issues and seems like either UPS or Stockx employees are stealing shoes. I sold a pair of shoes and sent it for authentication it arrived there on Monday the 20th. For over a day I didn't hear from them then they emailed me saying I sent an empty box. I have proof of delivery with the weight documented at the ups store and they are just ignoring my emails now. I have sold 17 shoes on this app and this will be the last time. Also if you do ship anything make sure you don't lose your drop off receipt or stockx will just steal from you.

"Before the New Year, I purchased Jordan Mars 279 White Fire Red shoes from StockX for 261 US dollars. Since they are sports shoes, I removed all the excess, including the tag, and went to the gym. The shoes broke on the very first use, and I immediately reported this to StockX. Now, it has been more than 20 days, but I haven't received any concrete response or a refund. They offered me a compensation of 25 US dollars, which is laughable. The shoes are a total defect and belong in the trash. Be cautious about purchasing from StockX."

I bid on shoes and it was accepted. StockX kept me in the loop through the entire. Seller shipped the shoes to StockX for review. It met the conditions agreed upon and StockX shipped the shoes to me. I received the shoes the shoes in a few days. Overall the entire process only took a week and I was completely satisfied with the transaction and product.
I discovered StockX via Google. They seemed to be legit as a consignment service provider so went for it.
I don't get the stock market analogy nor associated display of price volatility, but the ability to find quality, unused athletic shoes that are "off market" but still desirable, is near-wonderful! Paying a higher premium - much higher in some cases - isn't fun, & that's where patience comes in, because for instance, some of the items come from outside of the USA.
Maybe I just didn't do something correctly, but the inability to send an item as a gift - for reasons of security & of the stock market model maybe - wasn't enjoyable.
Most of what I was looking for, I couldn't find elsewhere, & I hoped to be able to send a gift overseas...
I expected like a week and change for my cool greys to arrive but came in like 4 days. So happy. Thanks!
Ordered these only to have the initial order cancelled due to the seller not being able to ship soon enough to meet expectations (I reached out to StockX and received that explanation). I did get another pair quickly after that (the one that resulted in this survey). Overall despite my original frustration with having and order cancelled and waiting a few more days for the process to play out, I still have only positive things to say about StockX.

This company is amazing I used to have a ps5 once launch day hit. But I ended up selling it for reasons I will not get into. Any how I tried out stockx for a ps5 just to see. They authenticated the ps5 and gave me a tracking number and then immediately shipped it out to my house in literally only a week. The Ps5 came in brand new everything in the box spotless. Even the new buy smell. Everything is perfect. Great price great place I definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is the 3rd time my brand new shoes weren't excepted by stockx when they came from stockx. I no longer want to use their service. I truly think they have incompetent workers who don't take their job seriously. I deleted their app after 7 years of service and over 10 grand in sells.
The fact that you sold me the shoe then when I resell the shoes, it didn't pass? That doesn't make sense to me

I purchased a PS5 for my son. Price total was $1024. 34 item was apparently authenticated and everything. The item was shipped via FedEx. What I didn't know was that StockX requires no signature on any deliveries regardless of amount. Needles to say my son PS5 was delivered outside and stolen. I submitted a police case number and video from my neighbor of package being stolen and StockX does nothing. I would never recommend ever
Easy to find what I wanted but hard to negotiate on a price since you can't chat with the seller and vice versa. Site is easy to use. Shipping to and from the authentication center was a reasonable time. As long as the item is guaranteed authentic Im happy with my purchase.
EVERYTIME my item goes to the NEW JERSEY HUB IT GETS EITHER CANCELLED OR LOST. I HAD to buy the item twice now because the New Jersey Hub seem to have serious issues. The seller does their part in shipping the item but New Jersey is to backed up. I've been buying only to get a cancelation that they lost the item in the warehouse for a month now.

Prices are lowkey ight. You just gotta lurk your kicks mehn... because the prices could fluctuate a bit. And one thing i didnt like is that i see a shoe a reasonble price and then when am about paying the price goes up by like $20

Defaults to US sizing, and then they punish you 15% of sales price for accidently selecting incorrect size and noticing your mistake before posting. Where is the justification for that level of penalty fee? No one can answer the question.
Horrendous customer service, it really has nose dived in recent months. No escalation possible as customer service reps must be told to ignore complaints or requests to escalate.
Do yourself a favour and uninstall the app - eBay 100 times better than this mob
Tip for consumers:
There should be an option to set up your profile in your location and be able to set the size of the shoes in your region, and it then converts sizing to whatever it is in the potential buyers location. No more problems with sizing being incorrect. I'm convinced it's purely like this so stock X can charge penalty fees. And 15% penalty on a high value item is scandalous
