Called in because I needed a drive for my SAN. I told the person on the phone that I had some drives but the tray for the drives did not fit my SAN. He assured me the drives can still be used I just needed a new tray for them to fit my SAN. He saved me a big hassle of having to return and re-purchase new ones. I really appreciated his help with my situation.
It wasn't until my order was placed before I read the next day delivery wasn't for Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Picture on web site showed this model but I received a different model than it. I had to return my 4 items for refund. I had rather had the parts and not had to pay for return shipping.
Guess this model is just not available at the moment.
Thursday we discover a failed drive in an array. Order a drive overnight and on Friday it had not shown up. Called on Monday and the team recognized a shipping error. They sent me a drive overnight and paid for the shipping. Customer service was very easy to work with and prompt. I actually got two calls from separate people (Because I both called and emailed) and they worked together to get my client going again.
Everything work, well packaged (thanks) and received timely - oh and great price. Let me know when you have a promo (I need more gear)

I am sorry to inform you that FedEx have Saturday Delivery as a separate Shipping Method. The Next Day Delivery does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. It delivers on next business day. So If you place order on Friday before 5:00 PM EST using Overnight Shipping it will deliver on Monday which is the next business day. You could have ask us about it using Live Chat or by calling our Toll Free Number before placing order. You also could ask us to ship it as Saturday Delivery by writing it on Order Note or also by emailing us or on Live Chat or even by calling us. We shipped many Overnight Shipping as Saturday Delivery without any additional cost, when customer asked as to do so. We do it as a good gesture.
