I don't know where to begin. About 3 months ago I ordered about $250 worth of imaginary items apparently cause I only received one item. Zero confirmation email with a tracking, can't log in to their site. It's like ordering into a black hole. Smh. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. What a hassle!

Ordered two items from them nearly four months ago. They finally came. One was extremely not as pictured, a completely different fabric and barely a similar pattern. The other item was something completely different. I ordered a sweatshirt and shorts and received an ugly dress. Could not be less happy.

I recently bought a present here for my oldest niece. I found a really cute summer dress for her, but in the process I noticed a lot of the clothes at Delia's are a little, how can I say, "too grown-up"? I realize I'm rapidly becoming a fuddy duddy, but since my niece loves Delia's, I'll keep trying to find her the most appropriate outfits I can =)

I bought a pair of size 11 Delia platform shoes from Dollzkill.com and I can't get my feet even halfway in, they are more like size 9! UGH!

As a mother to 2 middle school girls, this store is the best. The sales people are always very helpful and talk to the girls to make them comfortable. The deals can be great, especially on the jeans. Both my girls love their clothes and we stop here every visit to the mall.

Delia contacted me on Instagram since I have a decent following. They suggested that they give me discounts on items and I'm return I market them on my page. I agreed and initially everything seemed to go well. Their site didn't have a lot of options or variety and most of the things I wanted were sold out. Eventually I settled on two dresses. After making my order, I only received a confirmation email for one dress. I tried to bring this up on their Instagram and that's where everything took a turn. They started asking me very personal and intrusive questions and because I was resistant to give them my personal information they completely ignored my messages after that and did not resolve the issue. Eventually I decided to cancel the payment on my card. Totally a scam! Don't buy from them.

Clothes are not worth the price. Everyting is really low quality. When you contact them about it they ignore you. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY

It's a scam. I never received my order and contacted for support and never got a reply. The piece that I order isn't even on the website anymore. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I ordered a top from delia's and never received it. When I contacted the store through multiple platforms for months, I was ignored. I wish I had never even came across this pathetic store. Really a waste of time and money. Do not shop from there ever.

I wish I would have known that they take a long time to ship their clothes. Most of the stores that I shop at provide free shipping and my clothes usually ship between 24-48 hours. Delia's charges you for shipping then has you waiting longer than the average store. Still waiting for my clothes to be picked :/

This website rocks. The shirt I ordered was perfect. It was exactly as it looked and was described. It was made with good material too. Shipped at a decent rate and was here in time for Christmas. I definitely will be back.

There are so many issues with Delia's. Very few of their items have reviews because they refuse to post negative reviews, and all their products deserve negative reviews. You get what you pay for--terrible construction, cheap material, ill-fitting, and nasty customer service. I recently bought a jacket, which I received late, and upon trying it on, the zipper got stuck and broke; I almost had to cut myself out. YOU WILL REGRET WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE.

I order from them because my daughter at 6'2" and 125 lbs is very hard to fit, and they have her size. The quality of the clothes is deplorable. Snaps fall off the jeans the second time you wear them, and the material is very thing. The customer service IS HORRIBLE. I ordered clothes for her on 4/13 to ship second day air (their regular shipping takes 2 weeks +). I checked today (4/17) and it says "to be picked" next to my order. They hadn't even picked out my order yet! In the past we've had orders where the clothes were backordered and never arrived at all, and we never received any email informing us that the clothes were backordered. If you're desperate like me and have a hard-to-fit kid, buy from here. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere!

So, I bought a tshirt that was on sale, so i thought it would be cheap, but i was wrong, first, I bought it in the beginning of February, and now its march, and it hasnt arrived yet! They ask me some personal information about my card, and I had to sent a lot of emails to prove my id. I think im not gonna buy there ever! I cant believe i havent got my shirt yet, it has been like a month.

We ordered two jeans for by 11 year old daughter. The sizes were ridiculously large versus the descriptions. After returning the second pair, and being charged $7 each time, we got a refund which after postage, was about half the cost of the pants. So much for one of our daughter's Christmas presents. Don't recommend mail order. If you can't get to a store, buyer beware of their sizes.

I recently found out about this place through different beauty gurus on youtube. I finally decided to check it out. I went on the website and found out they were having bogo clearance! I ordered two pairs of jeans, two shirts, and a pair of oxford shoes that totaled to about $40, with shipping. I fished around the internet for some good promo codes, I found one that gave free shipping. I added that to the bag and it totaled around $32, steal! I checked out and within a few minutes recieved my confirmation code through email. The next day they sent me my tracking code.
Shipping was expected to take 7-10 days but I recieved my order within four days. I was really happy with the quality of the clothes, especially the jeans. Great experience! Im actually expecting another order from them in a few days, can't wait!

I used to honestly love this place because of their cheap clearance but now I don't plan on ever shopping there. They have the worst customer service EVER! I ordered a dress and like usual it takes 2 weeks to receive your items and when I did receive it, the package said the size I wanted however, the dress was the wrong size so I complained and they kept saying they were going to mail me a new shipping label so I can return the dress and get the right size but I had to call them 3 times and send them 2 emails in order to get that shipping label because I waited a month for it to arrive. Finally when I received it, I sent it back and I waited for a confirmation email saying they got it and nothing, it wasn't until today I call them and they tell me that the dress was sold out so they refunded my money back. I hate this place now!

I ordered a pair of really cute dressy flats from Delia's online. The shoes are awesome! I still wear them, which is cool because I got them maybe 4 years ago... I always get a lot of compliments and they fit perfectly, which I was worried about because shoe size varies so much. I'd recommend this site to anyone!

I have provided reviews on the website for various items that has been purchased. The company does not approve any negative (of course no profanity, etc. were in the reviews) or below 3 star reviews. Only allowing positive to be viewed by others shopping on the site. Skewed and false much? The whole idea of customer reviews is to provide a fair and balanced view of the product!
I have emailed repeatedly, inquiring why negative reviews have not been allowed and have received no response. I also have been hung up on three times by customer service, and told once they would "look into it."

I purchased 3 pairs of boots during a sale + free shipping (limited time). The boots all came in brand new, perfect condition. I received the boots in under a week! I wasn't home to receive the package but fortunately signature confirmation is enforced so my package was safe at the post office for pickup.

I absolutely love Delias, very cute clothing. Maybe three weeks ago i ordered a jacket from their website, and believe it or not, I still haven't received it. I know Delias usually takes 8-10 days to ship their clothing, (could be improved in my opinion) so when it didn't show up within two weeks and a half i went to track my order on their website. That's when i realized my order had been back ordered. (they don't even have it in my size.) Very much an inconvience concitering they let me even go through with my order not having the size i needed. Very sketchy. I would of never known this if i wouldn't have checked myself, because I didn't get any email or any type of notification telling me this (which would of been very helpful.) I am pretty disappointed that i am yet to get my package and i probably won't even order online their website again.
