He actually listen to how I was laid off and behind on my mortgage and how he was able to help. I am very grateful to his team for helping me get back into my house. This is why I gave them a 5-star. Because they actually cared.

I lost my job and couldn't find a way to get myself current. I called around and nobody could help me. My friend referred me to Summit and told me great things about them. I was so surprised as to how knowledgeable they are! They showed me the work being done, answered all my questions and got me current on my mortgage payments. If your needing help with a loan modification or help stopping a foreclosure, definitely go with them!
Hired the firm to help with trying to save my home. I almost did not because I thought it was a lost cause and have hired other firms with no results. Finally! Thanks to James and his staff, I was able to get something in place that allowed me to keep the home with terms I could live with and made sense. The only goal that was not met was getting rid of my lender which they said was not possible from the start. I no longer have the stress of not knowing if I was going to lose my home.
