Supermarket23 is a real scam. Missing chicken boxes, frozen food packages filled with ice, abusive prices. A total robbery. Do not buy from this place if you do not want to be scammed.

Definitivamente tiene bien puesto el nombre super la calidad de lo que comercializan, la pasarela d pago espectacular. Felicidades sigan así!
Most of the stuff are so expensive that you can't even think of buying them. But they have the best variety of them all, so what I do is to look for only the things that I'm able to afford and the rest, like beef, pork and chicken I get them from Katapulk which is a lot cheaper, very affordable in fact, (not during the holidays though, as everything goes up for them so they have to pass it on to the consumer) but they don't have nearly as much of the things that these people have, even though most of the time you can't even afford them, as half of the items are ridiculously expensive.

This is a very trustable company. I have bought from them many different times and never had a problem with any items, everything they sell has very high quality and shipping is fast
no more than 5 days and I'm not talking about Habana, but instead I'm talking about one of the cities in Matanzas and I never had a problem whatsoever, the only drawback most of the time is their high prices.

Le envié a mi familiar en Cuba un paquete que incluía hígado de pollo y mollejas. De los 3 paquetes de mollejas solo llegaron dos, mi familiar lo reclamó y le dijeron que se lo enviarían, hace 6 días y nunca lo han envíado. La persona que lo llevó se molestó y estaba muuy irritado por la reclamación de mi prima y quería que ella firmara la orden faaltando ese paquete. Un desastre total. Lo que hace provocar stress tanto al que envía como al q recibe.
Todo llega a tiempo y en excelente estado, 👌 5 estrellas bien merecidas por tan buena atención y servicio
Mi madre esta enferma y le envie una compra para que hicera una sopa de pollo. Todas las viandas, ajos, cebolla y aji estaban casi podridos. Le escribi explicandole lo ue estaba pasando y solo me respondieron y me enviaron una copia de la foto de la entreg donde se ve los productos medio podrido.
NO USEN ESTOS ESTAFADORES. RECOMIENDO QUE USEN OTRO WEBSITE PARA ENVIAR COMIDA A CUBA.

Hoy 25 de agosto hice una compra de $91.17.Esta orden fue cobrada dos veces,al llamar al servicio al cliente y explicarle la situación me respondió que tenía que esperar 3 días a ver si aún continúaba reflejado en mi cuenta de banco,si así sucediera tendría que volverlos a llamar después de 3 días.La conversación se escuchaba muy interrumpida y casi no la entendía,la muchacha me colgó y no me volvió a llamar.No le importa el problema del cliente,horrible servicio!

Hasta ahora he recibido cerca de 4 ó 5 envíos de supermaket23 y no fallan, en el tiempo que dicen, llegan. Son muy confiables y dignos de contratar. Los recomiendo con seguridad.
Compre una olla arrocera a mi mama y me llevaron una mas pequeña. La compre de 2.5 L y me dieron una de 1.3 L. Y esta no es la unica vez que me cambian los productos en cuba. Ladrones.

I have used 4 or 5 times now and it's been great service.My family in Cuba tell me the things they received are good and made them happy so that's what matters something is better than nothing and Cuban s know how to make the most of very little.
El producto llegó A tiempo, pero al abrir ahora la caja, el nylon del paquete de pollo estaba abierto y no sellado, la caja si estaba envuelta en nailon. Faltaron 7 libras.
