The owner was very responsive. He answered my call and took note of my concern about needing a part order and delivered as soon as practical to meet a customer install. He was upfront about the supplier perhaps not being able to meet our need date and ensured me he would place an expedite request. He provided Excellent Customer Service by immediately placing the order, providing a tracking number, and following up with an email. Great news... The part was delivered within two days.
I placed an order and sent an email the next week merely inquiring as to a shipping date and tracking information, as the charge had already gone through on our credit card. What I received back from Jacques was a political tirade, blaming "leftist Democrats" for shipping delays. I asked, since my order had not yet shipped, that he cancel it as I felt his response was uncalled for an inappropriate. His response, and I quote him as follows: "These people are pure evil. I have been in business for over 28+ years with this company. Clinton and Bush did not help, Oscumba was a disaster, and Biden is a full on Criminal. The Demonrats are literally lying, cheating and stealing the USA in to the Toilet. It is a fact, and you do not have to like it, but it is my policy to never lie to anyone, and I am not going start with you. If you want your order cancelled, please know we do have a policy on cancellations... Please, save yourself, get away from the Lefties, and the Demonrats as fast as you can. You can thank me later." I don't think I nor any other customer need to be subjected to that sort of thing when ordering water filters on-line. He charged me a $47.20 cancellation fee, as it's "policy". Order from this company at your own peril.

Reading the reviews here- they are mixed and I'm sorry to see that. I for one- had a spectacular experience with this company over several purchases. Running a small business is challenging- and it's a path of constant improvement. I believe this team is well beyond the average small business. I never had the impression that this company was after anything but my satisfaction. Excellent, knowledgable. I'll be back to reorder.

Never a live person to talk to, message says to email, left both phone messages and emails numerous times with no response. I was charged and still no products after 3 weeks, Jacque never returns calls. I have to now go to my bank to have charges reversed. He's not kind enough to admit the wrong way of handling his business and refund my money of over $1000.00
User friendly website. I am a longstanding customer using "Everpure" filters from Jacques at Superior Water Systems, and I'm now installing a system in our house to deal with high lead levels in our Toronto drinking water from old supply pipes that hopefully will eventually be replaced.
Ordered a water filter and cartridge. $30 shipping on $100 order. Buyer beware. It really is a poor company to do business with if you are interested in honesty.

post script: got the filter quickly. that was good. turned out the price was not what i thought it to be. this is a company that you really need to look at all their "fine print" as they hid the shipping charges. wear your "lawyer pants" when you order from them.
Description of product very thorough, which i truly appreciate. I order many different types of parts, and get frustrated when there's not enough information in the description. check out easy.
When I received the four filter canisters in this latest order, Order ID: superwater-*******, the box was crushed. I opened it in front of the UPS delivery driver and the canisters had one piece of foam UNDER one of the canisters, nothing else for packing. Naturally, with a crushed flimsy cardboard box and one of the S-101 canisters having a ripped open cellophane wrapping at the attachment nozzle, I suspect the canister could be damaged, but will not know until it is hooked up the RO unit and the water is turned on.
The foam piece looked like a bottom end piece for the canisters. Can't understand why no packing in a box with four filter canisters. Also, the bottom half of the cellophane was missing on one of the carbon filters along with the included installation instructions in multiple languages.

I processed my order and based on the message bubble on the main screen "most orders for water filters have FREE SHIPPING", I was satisfied because the order screen did not add shipping costs. After I the order was placed my credit card company sent a message that I had been charged $169.90 for the order that I had an invoice stating it would only be $126 and there were no shipping charges. I called the company and complained that I had been overcharged. The man that I talked to advised that these filters DID have shipping fees and that after the fees had been added he would adjust the credit card charge to the new corrected invoice amount. He said that was how "everybody" does it. I argued that this was not how "everybody" does it. He got loud and belligerent and would not allow me to say much. After listening to him rant for several minutes I hung up. He tried calling back and when I answered he hung up on me. To me this a classic case of "BAIT AND SWITCH". They baited with FREE SHIPPING and the overcharged on the payment. Very bad and deceptive trade practices.

I ordered from them because there price was competitive and their web site states 100% free shipping. That is a false statement. They not only charged for shipping but they are making money on it. They also don't show you what the freight is going to cost you until they ship it and send the invoice. Because it was not on the charges at check out I assumed it was free like their web site states. That is not correct when they send you the email that your items have shipped that is when you first see the shipping charges. $25.00 for 4 small filters on USPS and they say they only charge what it costs them. From my experience shipping USPS I don't think that is true either. I was told they were going to credit me 5.00 for a coupon I missed on the web site but they did not do that either. I am not buying any more of my filters from them and my recommendation is you don't either.
Worked fine after I checked my item number on spent cartridge to narrow options using model number alone.
You did get your additional $5 off Coupon, and "your shipping costs" (Class A) were clearly stated on all the policy, product, and all subsequent checkout and final pages in regardless to your order.
