SupportNinja is fantastic! They have everything you'll possibly need and more. Their team doesn't just "do" your tasks. They help and advise you to do them in the right way and that's priceless.
Claim they want to hire worldwide, provide them with excellent candidatees didn't even answer back. This company just wants to expand there name in the worst way possible, tricking people they are hiring in certain countries. My advice move on, don't apply

I found that SupportNinja works very well for what I need. I need the flexibility to work around my time and where to spend and utilize my time and investment. I also am very satisfied that my project manager Alex is on top off overseeing all the ninjas whom I work with.
This company hired me and asked me to upgrade my computer because it was the account's requirements. Then the account suddenly pulled out. They attempted to transfer me to a voice account, but I had already stated that I would never accept any other offer that was not non-voice. Then they just told me to check their website for future careers. I'VE SPENT $200 JUST TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THAT SPECIFIC ACCOUNT. THEN WHEN THEY CAN'T TRANSFER ME TO A VOICE OR DIFFERENT ACCOUNT, THEY JUST SEND ME AN EMAIL SAYING THAT I CAN JUST CHECK THEIR WEBSITE.
