I ordered 2 knives on Dec 2nd as Christmas gifts, it is now the 23rd and still no knives. It took 10 days just to ship and once it shipped it sat in their local post office for a week unmoved. I will now not have gifts for 2 of my family members because of their inability to do things effectively and in a timely manner. Dont waste your money you'll end up very disappointed.

The quality of the products they offer and especially the incredible variety is beyond anyone else's I've come across, in person or on the internet. I've had more than a few "kid in a candy store moments". I've had several things engraved and all came out beautifully. Very reasonable pricing! A really big thing for me is customer service. The people there are so darn friendly and helpful. A+ to the wonderful people that work there. Christmas is coming up soon. Guess where I'm going to be getting a thing or two... or probably more :)

I had previously experienced a problem with an order that had not been fulfilled. Apparently emails from the company were going into my spam filter, so I didn't see them trying to resolve the issue. After realizing that I hadn't received my previous order while placing another order, I negatively reviewed the previous order. They immediately reached out to correct the situation, and it's clear that they truly care for their customers. Thanks Swiss Knife Shop for restoring my faith in your fine business.

I placed my order on a Friday and it did not ship out until the following Thursday. That's 6 days from when I ordered it until it actually was on its way to me. UNACCEPTABLE! I won't be ordering again for sure. Too many other options.

The SwissKnifeShop ended up having to place the items I had ordered onto back-order (this was around Christmas time). This honestly was not a big deal for me because, though it would have been nice to give the knives as Christmas presence, this was not the intent of the purchase. I let SwissKnifeShop know that once they contacted me about the back-order, but they still got my order out on time. I can not provide pictures because I had sent the knives to my nephews in another state and was not there for Christmas due to COVID.

Great customer service from Swiss Knife Shop! When one of the items I had ordered was out of stock till a few days later, a rep called me and asked if I wanted them to ship the other items first, or wait till everything was ready to ship. This personal service is unusual these days.

We love the Victorinox serrated knives, and our new Wusthof paring knife. Items come quickly. I'm happy to give them by business instead of the giant online stores that you can't even call when there's a problem or question.

I have been shopping with the Swiss Knife Shop for many years. Very friendly service. If you have a question, they are fast to respond, and address your concerns. There product line is extensive. I have bought old discontinued Wenger knifes to the newest limited edition Victorinox models, and every thing in between. They have great selection of pouches, parts and even Victorinox books. Other brands I have purchased from Swiss Knife Shop are Leatherman, and Swiza. Prices are great, shipping is fast and packaged really well. Love the Swiss Knife Shop and there excellent service.

I purchased a fine knife set with block for my wife for Christmas. Soon after I began shopping for knives to add to the block, The brand I had selected were quite pricey but I found a "must have" size on the SwissKnifeShop website.
Upon ordering the knife the entire process was very sophisticated and satisfying: Confirmation email, shipping email, tracking number and so forth.The knife arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and ready to use.

Ordered in late December, but only arrived this week. Still waiting on part of the order. I wanted to keep them in business, but I will think about ordering from a different vendor next time. Why do I need to write at least fifty words? Seems excessive.

I have been ordering different knives for years for both personal use and as gifts. They have always been awesome. My friends and family have even orders after getting gifts from me. The engraving feature is one of their favorite things along with the knife.

On my key chain, I use it every day to open a taped up box that came in the mail or a frozen or microwaved grocery item. Love those scissors!

Picture showed the brush holder on top of the cream bowl container. I thought it would be affixed to it allowing the brush and holder to be stable. As it is, it is unstable allowing it to tip over.

This is the third knife I have ordered over the past couple of years as each son ages into the responsibility of handling one. With the customization, I would have liked the option for black or white. The previous 2 knives came in black (my preference). This third knife came in white, which disappointed me, however I don't recall having an option of choosing or being asked.

Awesome pocket knife. I have it attached to my key chain. Very handy. Well built. The scissors are probably the most useful tool.

Parts showed up, but i didnt realze they were a brass finish. Originals were a silver color. I may have missed it in the description

I wish you could have seen my grandson's face when he open his present from his grandparents and saw he had finally gotten a leatherman wave with his name engraved on it. It was a site to see... We are a leatherman wave family. All three of our son's have one, and of course Grandpa! So of course our grandson was wanting one. They are a quality knife that with proper care will last a life time. Also we like that they are a company in the USA and the shipping was timely. Thank you keep up the quality work.
