Hadn't really ever ordered anything at Taco Bell for myself; I take my teenage daughter there sometimes. Anyhow, I was pretty hungry one day and decided to try something at Taco Bell as well as at one of their competitors, Del Taco, where I ordered a cheese quesadilla. At Taco Bell, I ordered a beefy burrito. The quesadilla was good, but not very filling, for $1.29. However, the beefy burrito, at only a dollar more, $2.29, was surprisingly pretty big, delicious and very filling. The added tortilla chips inside made it all the more tastier. Been back of course for the same items a number of times.

I paid $13 for number 6 /2 Chalupa's one taco and a drink. The Chalupa had no chicken meat in it whatsoever. Just very little standard. The taco had no meat either. For $13
And the drink had no flavor. I threw it out the window.
I haven't gone to Taco Bell in quite a while, thinking it was going to be good.
You suck Taco Bell. I'll never go there again. Your food sucks. Sucks sucks sucks sucks no wonder your lines are empty..

Why does one have to have the Taco Bell App to get rewards? Some of us don't particularly care to put a credit card on our phones just so I can use an App. Your policy with your App and lack of rewards for cash paying customers will alleviate me using your fast food stand.

The concern about my issue is astonishing. I've sent 4 seperate emails re; this issue which would have been forgotten had I not been ignored by the complaint dept it is now about the principle and the undenying lack of concern for the bad experience I had at taco bell. The auto response says "we're on it.". Ha... What an incorrect statement that truly is. My complaint is lost in the abyss and obviously of no importance to taco bell that's fine though. 4 emails with nothing back is enough. I will now move up the chain of command and go directly to the corporate office maybe someone there will value my being a loyal customer and having this type of blatant inconsiderate slap in the face of nothingness that I've gotten from this department. Taco Bell has decided that whenever they want they can lock their doors for dinein and not give any reasons or signs. I was a regular customer and I complained about this store and its manager and Corporate has DONE NOTHING. I've complained many times and Corporate doesn't care because noone has ever called back.

Sign says open 9:00 a.m. wife asked me to meet her in the grandson there for breakfast at 9:20 was not open One customer already turned away finally wife called they were going to open in 3 minutes now it's approaching 9:30 customer walked in behind us sat down on his phone saw nothing but kiosk's there I asked who I assume is the lady manager if we could get service and she ignored me another customer came in behind us so does this the only way we are welcome to America I'm not doing it he left we again approach staff and asked him if they would take our order they said they've been busy kind of like didn't care just treated us like dirt we left other customer that came in with us left place was empty they said they were busy they weren't doing anything nobody deserve lost our business won't go back

Got a couple of Mexican pizzas, and after a few bites, we noticed it didn't taste right. Took them back, and they said they would only refund one, because we had taken bites...how would we know that it was bad, unless we tried it?
Anyway, we didn't want to waste time arguing, so we left.
But I just have to say that is a very poor way to do business. Hope no one got sick from the meat that day. We are frequent customers, and haven't really had any other issues, but we won't go there again, because that just wasn't the right thing to do. It wasn't our fault that it was bad.

Yes my kids and I visit taco bell regularly. My kids love the loaded fries with cheese. Everytime here lately has been a big disappointment! I buy the largest size because that is small. So I buy two large fries, and everytime there are hardly any fries in them. That's nearly 5.00 for each fry.

I ate one nacho frie and set off a nuke in the bathroom. The next day the place shut down for good and there was a hole where the toilet was

The Taco Bell on Rt:59 in Streamwood has an excellent staff there. The food to go came out quickly. YOu get an ecellent meal for theprice you pay.
I also left my credit card on the counter by mistake. I left & called the location. They stated they had it waiting for my arrival. Honest employees.

I'll be honest taco bells food is good but the after math of eating it is not good. See Taco Bell is pretty much just using us for our money now. You see i have purchased Taco Bell today and moments after I had a very bad stomach pain and I am stuck on the toilet and having diarrhea due to there poor food that makes people end up like this after there food. Taco Bell I would like to know what's in your beef because it's not usual to be ending up like this after eating take out because I never end up like this after I purchase take out. Very disappointing so terrible.

Great costumer service as well as clean and has good heat/air conditioning.the employees are respectful and show care!

The cheesey shredded beef taco the new one that is the best taco I have ever had from Taco Bell it was perfect the chz sauce the red sauce amazing! Y'all should most definitely think about putting that on y'all's menu because that would be a killer sale! I tried one for the first time today and it was amazing!

They don't make sure the food for delivery isn't picked up by the wrong person and they refuse to remake the food despite the fact that it was their negligence that cause the whole situation, If I could give a restaurant a ZERO star I would. This restaurant sucks and I 100 percent DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Just went to the Taco Bell in Lexington North Carolina. It's great for people with computers and techno Savvy. Can order from the calendar you have to order from a computer. I didn't know how to order I had to ask and the woman from behind the counter came over with a pissed off face. When I got my order it was half cooked I couldn't even eat it I threw it in the trash. When I told them they said I'm sorry have a nice day being very sarcastic. This is Taco Bell's idea of having a good restaurant they're mistaken. These people aren't friendly they're not nice and they got a pissed off attitude to boot and the food is good. Place was empty when we walked in we should have just walked out it's terrible and that's a hell of a way to start your day. Pissed off people in foods you can't even eat and sarcasm on the way up if you want to eat there fine but I hate it me and my girlfriend she will never ever go there again count on it. Just as everybody else's advertising yours is the same You show a product that you cannot deliver and do not deliver not even close to what you show in your advertisements You suck like every other fast food sucks.

The past couple weeks I've been going to Taco Bell in Fall River on the bottom of Plymouth Ave. They have been wonderful to me, everytime I go there I've gotten great customer service! Today I went by there and my order was not only right but the girl in the drive-thru Kendra had an awesome attitude! She was just really nice to me, and these days that is very refreshing! I will be a returning customer. Thanks Kendra!

Got food last night. 4 pieces of cheese on tacos. All taco were broken at bottom and greasy making crunchy taco soft at bottom

We purchased 2 nacho orders and they were the worst nachos ever! Very little tomato and no other veggies!
Thrown in the box very mushy so gross! Extreme disappointment! I will never buy those nachos again!

Last night me and my mom ate the $5 cravings boxes. This morning I woke up and immediately got diareah and also felt queasy and know it was the Taco Bell food right before bed.

This morning my mom ate the rest of hers and she also got immediately sick from it aswell.
