A gang of thieves VERY BAD EXPERIENCE CONCLUSION: I do not recommend for any reason to buy even a charger from this site, you save nothing, you lose health and are TOTALLY inefficient.

Haven't delivered my item and regular failure to communicate. Matter to be reported to UK police if this continues much longer. DO NOT USE THEM!

How professional it looked at the beginning, it ended so tragically. I never got the product and lost my money.

Do not buy from this company. They sell fakes.

Last November I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 5 from them. My phone OS/software was not updating. They said it was normal. Xiaomi confirmed that the phone had a fake ROM installed. I returned it for that reason (to a given address in Shenzhen, China) but was refused a refund as they denied that the phone was fake and that the phone was 'used.' How could it not be 'used' when I had to test it and found that it was fake?

I reported it to the Consumer Council of Hong Kong. They could not take action as they have no powers to do so. It was already May 2020 and I reported them to the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department. Up to now (August 2020), they could not provide a solution.

Meantime, I found that this company is only registered in Hong Kong without a business premise. The seller operates from a residential house in Shenzhen.

Conclusion: Hong Kong authorities cannot offer consumer protection. Avoid taking risks by buying from Hong Kong if in doubt.

Hello to all,
Purchased by phone on the Teknistore.com website on 1st November 2019 by choosing STANDARD SHIPPING (15 working days for delivery). In December he arrives at Milan customs and freezes, the site's customer support does not provide any support and - after numerous calls to the Swiss Post customs office - I went back to why he was blocked at customs: the phone that I have paid 235 euros with shipping reported a value of 85 euros, so the GdF rightly stopped the package because it was below the value. Asking for explanations at the Teknistore website, they say that it is not true, that they know what they are doing, so I am still waiting until 22 February 2020 (3 and a half months later) where I receive the notice of withdrawal of the parcel with 66.67 euros of customs duties from pay (15 euros for customs clearance + 51.67 euros for product taxes).
I ask for explanations to the site that tells me that these are expenses that are not for them.
CONCLUSION: I do not recommend for any reason to buy even a charger from this site, you save nothing, you lose health and are TOTALLY inefficient.
ADJUSTMENT: after the first review, I was immediately contacted by the customer service telling me that they would cover (part, it is not known exactly, they speak of 30%) of the customs costs, telling me, however, that they would have done it only if I had canceled the negative comment. Now tell me, is this behavior professional in your opinion?
They admitted to having put a lower cost on the package for "don't make me pay more taxes", now I ask you, aren't they making fun of me?
Finally they say that if I don't collect the package, they will refund me in about 6 months.
To you the right considerations, from my point of view I DO NOT ADVISE ABSOLUTELY TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

A gang of thieves!

Here is how the service is going at home:

The 10/03/2019 I buy my phone (a BV9600Pro) on the site teknistore.com
The 26/03/2019 I received it But no bowl he is failing (compass)
The 28/03/2019 I made my request for rma.

I followed the procedure requested by the Teknistore RMA service asking me, photos, videos, re-initialization,...

The 11/04/2019 the taking in guarantee was finally accepted.
The 03/05/2019 so I sent at my expense the phone (time to find a replacement phone).

On 13/05/2019 the package arrived at the destination concerned.

The 04/06/2019, services teknistore informs me that the care takes up to 45 days. Delays that I find abnormally long for a default of origin.

Following several emails,
The 02/07/2019 I am told that the problem is about to be solved and that an answer will be given to me within 24 / 48h.
The 15/07/2019 I am threatened not to take into account my guarantee following a negative opinion left on the current site, out of desperation.
I withdraw this notice immediately following this threat.

On 17/07/2019 I am told that I will be given a tracking number.
The 22/07/2019, the service always seems to wait for the tracking number.
The 28/07/2019, the package is deposited at the office of departure, we will soon give me a tracking number...

But now that I'm starting to believe it a little...
The 06/08/2019, I am told that it is necessary to replace the motherboard (while it is supposed to be already sent!)
The 15/08/2019 I'm finally given a tracking number.

And there, attention, hang well...
The 29/08/2019 I receive the package with...
A BV9500 instead of a BV9600.

Following all these misadventures I did not agree to dismiss the latter because I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the distributor "Tecknistore" and I do not think they would ever be able to send me back my phone.

In short I used my phone 1-2 weeks without ever reviewing the color since 03/05/19
So pay attention to this site and especially to its after sales service. They are not serious and threaten you.
