The flower arrangement that arrived look like a sad attempt of the flower arrangement picture. I upgraded and order the premium top arrangements, and what arrived was substandard,, amateur work. I trusted the order to represent my family at a funeral, and this company failed. Any one thinking of ordering online, don't waste your time. Telefloral has terrible quality.

I paid for an extra large arrangement. The top of the line so to speak. What was delivered was a dollar store quality arrangement that my grandchildren could have made better. So my aunt ( whom the flowers were for) took them back to the florist who delivered them. With a picture of what order we placed. The florist added a couple more flowers and left it at that. Even with the added extra flowers, it was still very very poor quality. No where near what the photo showed. Will never use this service again and I expect a complete refund.
I haven't even seen the flowers yet and received an email that there was an issue with my delivery. I panicked wondering what could be wrong and went to telefloral website and they wanted me to do a review. This is it
Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered one thing and something and what was delivered was significantly different. I could have bought it at Walmart for $20. After calling and asking for a refund, I recieved an apology and was not offered a refund or something else to be shipped. Will not use this company again! Tried to add pictures.
I ordered a premium bouquet for my sister's birthday 5 days in advance and the flowers were never delivered. I called twice at the end of the delivery day and telefloral told me that the flower shop was closed and that they had no other information. I asked if they could transfer the order to another florist and they said no.
This company waited until the day of expected delivery to tell me they won't be able to fulfill my order. They had 4 days to give previous notice and on top of that I have to wait 10 days to get my money back. Thanks for leaving me worse off!

I've used them in the past with no problems. Today I had to start over four times online just to get the order through. Too frustrating. I can only hope they deliver my order on the correct day! Thinking my twice of repeating my service.

I am giving 5 stars but will go back and change that if I am told by the person I had the flowers delivered to that my instructions were not followed regarding the delivery. I specifically stated that person was to knock and then leave the arrangement. Do not continue to knock until the person comes to the door as the person is very sick and someone will be stopping by during the day they will find the arrangement if the person doesn't get it right away. I believe it will be beautiful if it is as the website states. The website was very easy to use. I was able to get a discount through my credit card. The transaction was smooth. Easy to navigate the website. Would recommend to a friend and use again in the future.
