I purchased an orion monocular spotting scope from telescope and it was shipped immediately and I saved about $50 buying it on the internet. I can't believe the good prices online. They also have a big catalog of products at good prices.
When a company sends a camera back to you with damage they did intentionally while in the warranty period... who would buy from them! And here is the proof. It looks like they tried fixing it then got frustrated, it really looks like a child did it, unbelievable! Be sure to check other reviews from other sites... you need to know what you're looking for... ie not the "paid for positive reviews"

Made a purchase on 11/12/2020, today is 12/04/2020 still waiting on the product that I was charged for already. Was suppose to be installment payments, come to find out they charged me full amount today of over $400. Spoke with the customer service and they admit that it happens all the time. Can you say FRAUD! I have been patiently waiting for this telescope way too long now. Make your purchases elsewhere unless you do not mind waiting with no updates
I purchased a mount through one of their retailers. The mount was supposed to be shipped out in April then got delayed to May, then to June, then to July and now they're telling me they won't ship it until September (if they'll ever ship it out... And I was already charged for it as well). Apparently they have been prioritizing orders made directly through their website instead of distributing to their official retailers so people that have order after I placed my order got their mounts while I'm still waiting for it.
This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had regarding astrophotography.
