Access Monday to Friday from 9:30pm to midnight, Saturday and Sunday from 5:30pm to 10pm. Since 2018-11-04, we can not have the courts at the scheduled times because they all sold for the leagues. They (TENNIS13) can only tell us SORRY and it will be settled in 2019-05-01. We want to have compensation of 3 months, but they do not want to negotiate anything. We will sue them shortly. We are about 40 members. Tennis 13 receives about $ 40,000.00 CAN per year just for Vietnamese members. We wonder if Tennis 13 only targets Vietnamese people?

L'abonnement TARD TOUT INCLUS indique clairement que l'abonné aura accès aux terrains de tennis après 21h30 les soirs de semaine et après 17h30 la fin de semaine.
Malgré cela, Tennis 13 a décidé d'ignorer les termes de l'entente et a refusé les demandes de réservations pourtant conformes aux heures indiquées. Cette situation absurde a persisté durant les mois de Novembre et Décembre 2018.
Toute démarche pour obtenir un remboursement s'est heurtée à un mur.
Tennis 13 prend l'argent du client sans offrir les services promis.
Pour cette raison, nous allons intenter une poursuite afin que justice soit faite.
Tennis 13 est une compagnie qui ne mérite pas votre confiance.
