“I bought a Wilson BLX Six One Tour raquet from tennisgt.com”

Ram K.
7/1/13

I bought a Wilson BLX Six One Tour raquet from tennisgt.com. I have received a replica and it weighs less than the original and the shape is different too. I sent a couple of emails and disputed my CC payment. I recently received an email from tennisgt that i disputed a tx for good merchandize and my info will be provided to global bad credit cards database. No clues what to do. I think we all should report abt this merchant to BBB.

These people are a fraud. Stay away from this website. I have confirmed that the Babolat racket they sold me is a fake. Even though the website claims it has a liberal exchange policy, there is no information or address regarding returns. When I emailed them, they refused to give me return information. And, the English in the email was very poor, suggesting some type of foreign operation.

Such a SCAM!
I wish i would of known about this website before hand, i bought a racquet here
And the service was even TERRIBLE! It took over 3 weeks for them to ship my
Order because they had shipping problems. Also they didn't even tell me that it had been having problems until i had to ask them myself. They also lie, before i made my purchase i made sure and told them if they are real racquets and they said it was. Im s frustrated with them. They accept returns but i would have to pay shipping, which will be a crapload of money, because its china. Do NOT even go to their website!

Sent the wrong tennis racquet, admitted making the mistake, but would not correct it. We're stuck with a $100+ tennis racquet that we can't use.

I went to order a racquet from tennisgt.com but had also read recent reviews that they weren't selling genuine, American models. Worse, I read they were selling fake models manufactured in China that were poor quality. For the price, I may have considered a racquet from the Asian market, where the only difference in specs was the weight. I wrote several emails to try to get someone to respond to the claims, and it wasn't until I said I was going to dispute the charges that they wrote back. They wrote, "Many people 'thinks' our racquets are fakes, but they are cheap because of no tax". There were other statements using poor grammar and punctuation, which also made me suspicious. They also said they were an American based company, which in turn didn't make sense that they shipped from China. They also promised same day processing of orders and shipping, which didn't happen. Needless to say, I disputed the charges with American Express and PayPal. Fortunately, these 2 companies are reputable, and I was credited the $139. I should have used better judgement, but luckily I documented everything. I suggest working with your credit card company should you ever find yourself in this situation.

They sell fake rackets from China. I got Babolat Pure Drive GT from them
And it is completely of from the real one I have.

They have return policy, but won; t accept anything back. I got 100 messgaes
From them with one note: Please try it you should like it and if you
Don't, its your problem. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
