Horrible cutomer service. Take the order and money while site states they have items in stock and estimated delivery date. Maybe the estimated delivery date is for NEXT year!... countless emails and unanswered phone messages later... nothing to show for my purchase. PayPal dispute runaround in my near future. PLEASE save yourself the headache!

Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare! I ordered a grille from them that was supposed to arrive within days, it's been 2 weeks and still do not have but is due to arrive today. Anyway the biggest issue I have is with their customer service, rarely do they answer and forget leaving a message because they do not return your call. Only reason I ordered from them is time it was getting to me and price and obviously I could have already had my grille from someone else and price really doesn't matter at the cost of customer service and aggravation!

AutoPartsSHop did not honor their return policy. I returned 2 wipers which i purchased due to incorrect size and did not receive refund. Parts were returned with a tracking number and delivery of returned items was confirmed. AutoPartsShop did not return numerous messages I left via phone, email, text and via link through their website. Messages were left over a 3 month period with no response. D
I'm not confident about this website initially but I cannot find part My 2014 Ford Focus on other websites, so I have to go with Theautopartsahop.com which is very comfortable and I like their Website and Catalytic converter is on time.

I live in a rural area and delivery instructions are beyond helpful to find my residence. Amazon can follow instructions with no problems, so I figured I would try theautopartsshop.com. Terrible decision. I ordered one factory rim from their website and provided delivery instructions.
My expected delivery date passes by and I wait a few more days after with no package. I reach out to customer support, and they tell me the package has already been delivered. You can imagine anyone who NEEDS a new rim because their original rim had a leak would know if their package arrived or not; it's the difference between being able to drive or not. They provide a UPS tracking number that says it was delivered, but clearly, it was not delivered to the correct address.
I requested a refund for the order that I never received. Emailing customer support goes on back and forth for almost a month at this point. When they tell you they will call you on a specific day, they won't call you at all that day or notify you.
They can email you for an entire month but can't just email you a resolution or answer your basic question. In my case, my request was for a refund. Any normal business would either say yes or they'll tell you no and provide a reason that of course will leave the customer upset but they at least have their answer. This company will beat a dying horse for weeks and weeks, providing you with no answers.
Pradeep Kumar Movva has been the person of contact, and the customer support he has provided has been terrible. I wouldn't even label it as customer "support" because they clearly do not care about their customers or value their time.
I will never order from this company again because of how unprofessional and inconsiderate they have been. To this day, I still do not have an answer from them. I've already told them since they can't follow through on an agreed time to talk and have already wasted my time, they can feel free to call and leave me a message but I highly prefer it in writing via email so I have records of our conversation. They proceeded to say they need me to arrange another time to speak - or another time to not follow through on their word, basically.
Advice to the company:
You can market yourself, have great products, but if you continue to show customers that you do not care about them, their time or money, then you'll be out of business because of it.
A good customer service representative is understanding, acknowledges the customer's concern, provides a solution and informs the customer of the company's policies, especially when it's not in favor of the customer.
In contrast, your customer service is unapologetic, provides no solutions for the customer, shows no concern or sympathy, avoids addressing the issue and takes days to respond with a generic response saying someone else will be in contact. Either follow through on what you tell your customers or follow up and keep them updated with relevant information.
"The customer is always right" isn't always true, and when they request for something that's outside of what you can do, it's your job to be understanding, ADDRESS THEIR CONCERN, educate the customer on your policies and highlight what you can do for the customer. You need to make customer service a priority.

Only use this website if you have a big heart for charity and donations because when your package does not arrive, they will keep your money and provide you with irrelevant or no information.

You will not get the pump you want if you order the E7153 you will get a cheap knock off Carter style and will have to pay to ship it back. Will not be using them in the future. I like getting what I order not what you want to send me.

Recently I Made a purchase from this website and I had an awesome experience, I made my self a purchase of catalytic converter, compared with most of the autoparts site, this one had good discounts as well as 2 years Warranty.
I ordered a part for my 2005 pontiac. I checked the box to verify fit and it said it was for my vehicle. I received the part and immediately i could see it was wrong. When i examined the part it said for a 2004 Saturn. When i contacted them all they wanted to do is tell me it was my fault. I know what kind of car i drive and to check for fit. I still havent heard anything else from them. They suck
Ordered a fender for my son. No shipping confirmation. Called, said I'd get email, didn't get it. Called again, had to leave msg... I'm not happy so far with this company. Starting to think scam... finally after 3 phone calls, never did get mailing confirmation. I did recieve item in the mail and my son said it was the correct item. I ordered 2 exhaust parts for my sons AWD Matrix - Paid over $250 for both products - I received them however one of the products for exhaust was for a FWD Matrix- When I called to get instructions on how to return this part no one answered the phone- I was instructed to write an email in which I did. A week later and still no response. I called again and got some guy on the phone who said an email would be sent to me once again- I asked him to verify my email because they said that before and I got nothing and he said trust me you will get the email- I once again demanded for him to verify my email and he wouldn't. If your trying to get ripped off this will be the company to deal with - I now have parts that are useless to me and they refused to refund me. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. All this over $64 refund - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Try just calling the number they have on their website - It does not get answered and when it does the person on the line has no clue what they are talking about . Also refuse to give refund or return shipping address.

So, I was buying a $38 part. I did the shipping calculator, and shipping was $50. I figgered, OK, it's a large item. On checkout, they hit me for $130 shipping!... Call customer supprot and the guy says there's a mistake, the shipping is $50... then calls me back to say that in fact, it's $130.
Lesson learned. Don't choose parts based on the lowest possible price, but from the most reputable suppliers. It pays in the long run.
I ordered a front bumper for a 2002 GMC Envoy on August 29th, 2019. I paid $115.63 for this part. I never received an email confirming that my part was shipped, I never received a call from this company confirming my part was shipped. I emailed this company September 11th, 2019 and they never responded to my email. I also called this company and they never returned my call. I submitted a complaint to the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS STORY IS 100% TRUE.
