I reached out to tech support as I noticed ladders has pulled out job positing, but had the info " about us" from a different company. Also, the salary estimations were much higher for some of the positions, and I wanted to change that as well. Christine responded immediately and addressed the issue. She also followed up with an email to make sure I have all the changes I need. Thank you for your attention to details and the quick follow up. Respectfully, Natalia
Don't make the same mistake I did. I paid for their premium services over a year ago, I have a solid resume and track record making over 200k in my last few positions. I landed a better job without theladders.com within a few weeks and canceled my subscription. Lo and behold a year later I see I am getting charged, gee that's odd. Let me cancel my subscription, a few months later bam, got charged again. Cancel again take screenshot and dispute with my credit card company. I then made sure to unsubscribe and also did the do not sell my private information button. Still get emails, that's odd. ( Then I do more research) As many others have found, they are offering no real value, paying for their premium service unlocks you couldn't find on LinkedIn for free, jobs are either not 100k jobs or scraped from the companies themselves who have zero affiliation with theladders. If you sign up for Theladders, you can unsubscribe all you want they will still email and spam you. If you cancel they will still bill your credit card. I had to dispute with my credit card provider. ( Their website will say you are on the basic, but they will continue to charge you for premium) Also when you try and cancel they require you to fill out information of where you went and what that salary is no way to skip over those fields You can send an email, ask them to delete your information and confirm account is canceled. They will say it's taken care of, then no less than 48 hours later a telemarketer from the Philippines will call you trying to sell you on their service. Before you consider giving them any personal information read what former employees have said about the organization. They sell your information without your consent. They have no regard for canspam violations or any FTC rules. How they can still exist in 2023 still is beyond believe at best you are paying for a Ziprecruter plugin and the most uncurated and stale job listings you can imagine.

I've been disappointed by the quality and the applicability of the postings that I've found and received. It is for this reason that I cancelled my premium membership. That said my customer service rep was very good supporting me.
The auto-apply feature was intriguing and why I tested the service, however the disappointing inventory of available jobs (relative to LinkedIn) did not justify the cost.
Really appreciated help from Christine P, my customer service support person, who helped me navigate a cancellation on my subscription. I cancelled because I found a new job 24 months ago (thanks to Ladders) but no longer need the service since I'm quite happy in my new role. Christine walked me through the process which included my account which has/had two different email addresses. Big thanks to Christine and Ladders! Take advantage of their wonderful service and support staff! They are the best in the business!
At first, I was super skeptical but decided to give Ladders a try. I have always worked with a recruiter but they really didn't have much when it came to sales roles. After signing up I downloaded their chrome plugin and WOW. Those companies that make you re-create your resume just to apply are long over. The chrome extension not only filled out everything for me, but I could also use it as many times as needed which helped me save hours. Literally. It is absolutely worth the cost. Found a new role in less than 90 days. Highly recommend.

The Apply4Me feature as it takes so long to apply for opportunities. I am hopeful several of these come to fruition!
I recently requested to purchase contacts for the wrong job/company. Totally my error. I submitted a service request indicating my error and requested the intended contacts. Less than 24 hours later, I received the requested (but not wanted) contacts, quickly followed by a response to my service request. Monica Toribio in support offered a 1 time exception to address my mistake and had the desired contacts sent to me immediately. Great customer service should always be acknowledged and appreciated!

I had initial used Ladders when I started my job search but soon found placement. I had a charge on my credit card but contact customer service and they reversed the charge seeing that I had no activity against the account. I will call upon Ladders in the future based on this positive experience.

Apply4me is a game changer. My only suggestion would be to have an AI/ML tool that would select your best resume from a selection of resumes based upon the JD as well as adjust cover letters automatically and then allow you to approve or personally nuance, but other than that - PERFECT. Thank you.
Customer service has been good, but the algorithm on finding jobs and my end result has not been good.

I was disappointed about being auto-renewed after I had cancelled my service, but Monica Toribio quickly took care of it for me. The website was easy enough to use while job searching.

The Ladders looks good on paper. The reality is that the job matching feature is, in my view, quite poor. I've been a member for years but bottom line: Too much volume, not enough accurate matching. I have cancelled my membership. Good luck!
