Very easy to navigate the different formula options and to select the one time payment or subscription option. Love the site's branding and ingredients in the formula as well :)
If a mistake is made with payment. The website thinks the email has been already used and won't allow for the discount to be used.
My cousin liked to use the products of that company, because the price was reasons for the price it costs. But I didn't like their website so much, the navigation is a little complicated for me, because of the length of the first page, and secondly I would like to see the details about the shipping and other options list on the left side.
Having a real hard time with credit card going thru it won't let my credit/debit card go thru
Researched all the other and this is the one I felt more reliable for my baby
Great! Only thing when trying to edit the quantity it takes you back to the page and sometimes does it work when you remove an item

The site is a little confusing after being used to the old site. Also, there are less options for US customers and I'm not sure if this is a permanent thing, but I liked the option to buy/subscribe to one can at a time. I also liked the option to buy the pouches because they travel easier.
I never know when orders will ship, or when they will arrive at my house. For parents waiting for deliveries, I would suggest ordering A LOT of formula upfront so that you have a stockpile to hedge against unpredictable deliveries.

Easy to find what fits our babe best. Shipping is quick and cost effective. We saw immediate positive results in our babe on this formula compared to other US brands.

I'm mixing small amounts of the formula with breast milk for my little one and he hasn't had any allergic or adverse reaction so far.
Very easy to order! The customer service was very helpful as well for the questions I had prior to ordering.
I wanted to love the formula, I was excited about the clean and quality ingredients! My son did have more spit up as well as tough to pass stools. My son also didn't care for the formula and it would take quite awhile to finish the bottle.
He didn't do amazing on it and that's ok; there are so many others that do great with this formula!
Switched my baby to this from karicare, she loves this milk and is thriving on it. But sometimes it doesnt arrive on time. Which gives me anxiety about my baby not having enough to eat or last her until the next shipment comes in. Recently subscribed to get 2 tins a fortnight delivered but it still hasn't come, so currently hoping the last of my babys formula lasts her until monday morning. Would be much better if supermarkets stocked this brand as it would be much easier to access. Less worry for new mamas like me having to worry about their baby not being able to have her milk. Otherwise love the product so far, just make it more accessible please! Im in NZ too btw
Tip for consumers:
Consider how much you'll need to order so you don't run out. Also if your living in another country maybe best not to go with this brand.. as shipping could take a while. I'm in NZ and sometimes doesn't arrive when its supposed too. Other than that a great formula for your growing baby

This company is so helpful and it's so easy to order the formula. I feel so much better having my granddaughter have goat milk formula since she has to have formula. Breast milk is best but when that's not possible I'm so glad this goat milk is available.

I've tried it straight mixed exactly by the directions on the box, mixed with breast milk to try to make it more familiar, even tried mixing it in different proportions, we tried it warm, the we tried it cold since she enjoys ice water, we've even put it in every cup under the sun, and every bottle we have. I really wanted to make this work but my baby just hates it. Very disappointing

I had a few questions before ordering and LittleOak was quick to respond and answer my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly.
Alternative to cows milk and palm oil free.
It was the stage that was age appropriate for my baby.
Easy to order and when the product wasn't available because of high demand, an appropriate substitute was offered.
Before I had bub, I researched to see which formula I would like incase I needed one. As a functional nutritionist, I have high standards. LittleOak was the best out there!
My supply is not keeping up with my hungry boys demands! I use LittleOak to “top him up” and keep him content.
I am so relieved to find a toddler formula with good ingredients! The website is a bit glitchy, and was not easy to locate information about the product because of that!
Now that we have been on the formula for just shy of 3 weeks- the difference in our 13 month old is remarkable. She had severe reflux, that no one has been able to identify the root cause of. Also was a very bad sleeper- partially due to the reflux. Her reflux is nearly gone, and her sleep has improved greatly. We went from averaging 3 hours a night, to about 6! And this formula has been the only change!
