I want to report to this website that it has stolen $ 14 from me without delivering the service. They suspended him for 1 month for asking for a refund. The best minecrafthosting without lag in my servers.It was great, I didn't have any issues besides 1 that was fixed very fast. There were times that I was not sure about something or had questions so I reached out to the support team and they were able to help me really quickly, the only issue I had was with a modpack that had a bug in it. I still reached out for support and they were able to update my server to a newer version of the modpack that fixed the issue. Honestly, this is the best site you can go to to get your Minecraft server does not matter if its modded or vanilla they can do it all, I highly recommend it.

Its an amazing minecraft hosting company. First of all the prices are very very good. Then you find out that the customer care is perfect too.

El peor hosting del planeta, el procesador que usan es una basura, servidores caidos cada dos por tres, un sopòrte sin experiencia, estafan y cobran facturas repetidas, tienen un anti DDOS que no protege ni un ataque con cmd, te ponen a disposicion addons que luego no funcionan como cpu priority o 2gbit + de conexion, que luego entras y tienes la misma, no aconsejo nada de nada este hosting.

The support takes hours to respond and frankly because i just wanted a quick refund they told me i cant get it because there was no reason i.e crashes or any other problems i wanted a quick refund and they just refused me even though i can get a refund within 24h

After 2 years as a client of TheMinecraftHosting company, I'm really very happy with this company They are profesional offering quick and efficient answers to all issues.

Read the other comments, they are not well written and they only praise the server. Please if you are planning on renting a server don't do it here.
The servers are not bad yet the support service is quite meh. Also, and they will try to trick you to pay some extra money (refunds are 24h after payment, i sent them a ticket and an e-mail and they didn't answer until 24h later)

Where to begin first of all do not buy from them that would be a massive mistake they cap your upload size down to 2MB unless you use a FTP software to upload the files from your pc directly into the DB which is a stupid design and lazy!

They also don't automatically check for updates so unless you know how to use an FTP this is going to be a chore for you also having to manually check for updates on all plugins since they don't have an installer that checks for anything.

They also share your paid hardware with other peoples servers who also paid for the same as you but the problem is that if a server takes up too much resources it will lag your server they also resell duplicate IPs so be very aware. Example:

This host: CPU IDLE 45% Memory IDLE 65%
Good Host: CPU IDLE 1% Memory 8%
Keep in mind too that the good host has weaker specifications than the server i rented from this vendor so how come my crappy server runs more efficiently?

Customer service is terrible no response at all! And getting a refund is going to be hard you if you've just been scammed and paid via paypal this is what you do...

1. Create Dispute
2. Escalate Claim
3. Don't bother talking to them get the paypal rep asap to get your refund quickest.
4. Explain situation and link them to this trust-pilot page.
