“Do not waste your money - expensive $400+ orthotic insoles shoe inserts THEY'RE CRAP!”

10/3/16

The Orthotics Group orthotic insole shoe inserts They're terrible! Paid about $400 for them, the top rubbery layer is just glued to the bottom plastic mold, and in a short time, the glue comes unglued, and top layer shifts around. I tried calling the company and they said it was too late, I shouldve called sooner so now they can't fix them or do anything. First, I was never advised by anyone that there was a time limit on the quality. Second, I do not believe they could be fixed due to the glue factor and that the materials are 2 separate pieces of rubber and plastic. They were ordered through my chiropractor, whom I had to pay the full amount to even have them ordered, so buying them sight-unseen. Had I actually seen them first, I wouldn't have got them in the first place. So I went to Walmart (or any other department store), and bought similar and even better, paid $10 for sole inserts with arch support and they're perfect, same exact thing and no glue involved. So now I have a pair for every pair of shoes, instead of having to take them out every time I change shoes. Dont waste your money on these. They are cheap crap. SEE PHOTOS
