I ordered a fuel pump for my riding mower took over a week just to leave the business and when I received it I installed it only to find out it doesn't work at all. Good luck getting these clowns to answer a phone I'll eat the loss but I'll never shop with them again

I ordered my part on a Thursday early and had confirmation rite away saying it would be delivered money march 2nd and was actually delivered today Fri feb28th so just wanted to say thanks for getting it sooner

Great service, ordered a carburetor for an older machine. Perfect fit. It took a little longer to arrive than I would have liked, but in these crazy times, I had to deal with it. I would recommend them, and will continue to use them if I need to.

I called the Rop shop company and spoke to Melissa I am glad I did instead of chatting she help me tremendously she knows her stuff she help me get the correct part. She is very knowledgeable. I will definitely shop here again and also tell my family and friends, what a great company the have value and great customer service. Thank You Vito

The support is a dam joke. Go through a lot of questions only to find out they want you to pay to answer little question. To you folks out there don't use it, it's scam.

I could barely start my old snowblower this past winter. I ordered a new carburetor from the Rop shop through Amazon for my 22 year old Toro ccr powerlite snowblower 325. It took about a week and half to get here, I was in no hurry. It was a perfect match. I installed it, turned on the gas, primed it and it started on 1st pull and ran like a new machine. I am very impressed!

I ordered the part on Ebay and recieved it in about 6 weeks. It's an exact match for the part I needed.

After a lengthy phone conversation with a friendly female customer service rep to obtain a new motor for a power washer, we received the wrong one. Initially they did not want to send a UPS return label, but after another lengthy phone call they did. They stated they received the part back but apparently applied the credit not to my credit card, but to the "account" of my boyfriend who was trying to facilitate the purchase & return of the part. I have no credit applied to my credit card, nor does he have a credit. I received another email stating there is nothing they can do & was told to "have a great day". I have been ripped off & would strongly discourage use of this company.

Received part exactly as ordered and a week ahead of scheduled delivery date. Will be using your service again. Thanks.

BOUGHT TRACTOR TIRE CHAINS FROM AMAZON. MISSING A "C" LINK ON ONE CHAIN SET. CONTACTED SUPPORT AND THEY SAY NO LINKS ARE AVAILABLE. HAVE TO SEND THE SET BACK TO AMAZON. 10LBS OF RETURN INSTEAD OF 3 OZ OF A LINK. I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE LINK. NO GO. THEIR REPLY: I apologize that a link was missing. These were shipped from an amazon warehouse not directly from our warehouse. There is a chance it was an amazon return and they put the chains back on the shelf. If you open a return through amazon they will get those back for a refund and you are more than welcome to order from our website directly where the link is not missing. I apologize for the inconvenience. REALLY? I'LL RETURN RETURN THE CHAINS TO AMAZON. I'LL BE HAPPY TO BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE

Part for my power washer was exactly as described. Offered shipping within 10 days. Got it in 3 as they shipped my part the day I ordered it! Would definitely order from them again!

I ordered a pressure relief valve for an older Husky pressure washer. They seem to have an excellent selection. The part I ordered (through ebay becaise of COVID-19? I HATE! EBAY!)) came ahead of schedule and well packaged. Tracking through USPS was perfect and all is ALMOST right with the world. I ordered the wrong part and they are working to identify the right one for me(if it's even available any more?).
It will be nicer when they are fully functional again nd I don't have to deal through EBAY!

Completely disastrous buying experience with this company. Was given the wrong info on pressure washer pump to start. Then week later got correct part info. Asked them prior to purchase if pump came with a keyway. Seller said it did. It arrived 11 days later (ok covid was excuse used so who am i to debate that but ebay reviews show this as common problem well prior to covid issues) Item arrived in box 5x larger than item. The packing used was so inadequate that i literally laughed when i opened it. (See pic). A 2 year okd could have done better. Packing was shredded cardboard in the amt that would fit into standard sized envelope. It did NOT include keyway that I was told in advance of sale that would accompany pump. Pump was useless to me. The real kicker was that the paperwork in box stated "you will need your own keyway". Lmao. Really? THEN, A rep replied (likely to attempt to salvage sale by GENEROUSLY offering to send me a free $2 keyway! Really. Another 11 days (covid still ongoing here) of waiting for a $2 item that was said to be included but not? No thanks. Ill take my $172.00 refund and send you back your loosely packaged pump! Oy positive thing I can say is that they were quick to reply to my well documented and slandering emails. Maybe for all the wrong reasons (to save the sale perhaps) but way too little, and way too late. READ THE REVIEWS FOLKS!

A few months ago, I bought a carb for my Sthil leaf blower and having a problem with it so I emailed the Rop shop knowing I was going to have a problem and to my Suprise Melisa B was great she replaced the carb with no problems so I will purchase from the Rop Shop again thank you all nice place to do business

Found The company online, They had my little Kohler carburetor I had been looking for. Ordered it and had it in less than a week. I will definitely keep in mind the Rop Shop The next time I need my parts.

Ordered a $104 item, never received at my address, refused to get involved. And I'm not the first to have this issue with them. Just look at their eBay reviews! Steer a wide path around these online bandits bandits!

I placed my order and in 5 mins i had a e-mail telling me all about my order, Dates, Times, ETC. The order came as earlier that expected and that is a huge plus for me. When i opened the box i was very Surprised in the quality! I normally don't write reviews but the way things have been going lately for me, it is about time a company is doing the right things.

I ordered a replacement pump for my pressure washer from The ROP Shop through Amazon. The pump was an easy install, thanks to the detailed information from The ROP Shop about compatability, etc. The pressure relief valve had a problem, it appeared to be faulty, so I called The ROP Shop customer support line and spoke to a very well trained, informative, and pleasant woman. She offered a few options for how to replace the part, and/or pump. I expressed my concerns that the Amazon Fullment Service said that they only had a few left in stock when I had placed my original order, and she was kind enough to check the inventory "real time" and informed me that Amazon was out of stock, and that she could take care of it as a warranty exchange directly through The ROP Shop. The replacement pump was shipped out within a couple of hours, and they provided a return shipping label for the return. I am stalled on a big project until I got this resolved, so I am very thankful I did not have to wait for Amazon to get restocked, etc. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in YEARS! Thank you ROP Shop customer service! If I am ever near your physical store, I will definitely stop in. Any mechanical device can be problematic, especially when it involved high pressures, water, etc. What really matters is how the problem is resolved - The ROP Shop gets an A+ in my book.
