Paid to unlock my iPhone 14 Pro Max because despite being paid off from Att, they had "errors" unlocking it. So I came with this company. It was super fast, a little frustrating at first because I had to pay an additional fee as they had a harder time unlocking but once I paid that, it was unlocked within minutes. Originally time frame was stated for 1-72 and it was fully done around 28ish. Highly recommended and I have used them for years, literally!

I finally checked Better Businesses Bureau and saw the same complaint listed there. The company had not responded to the BBB and their grade was F. When I told The Unlocking Company about the BBB report and that I was returning the phone so their threats were useless, they refunded my money.

After dealing with Tracfone (POS company) for days and not getting mobile data issues resolved, I finally broke down and switched mobile services. We had purchased a brand new phone for my daughter. After purchasing, I decided to switch carriers. I decided not to activate the new phone and pay the extra money only to switch over just a few days later. I recently used the unlocking company to unlock a iPhone that was stuck with T-Mobile. Unfortunately, it wasn't able to be located in the database, and an alternative option was provided. I'm assuming something to do with the Sprint to T-Mobile merge, as I have noticed two different IMEI numbers linked to all my lines. However, they were very communicative and very friendly. I would definitely recommend the service to others. When I emailed after they informed me of updates, they responded back the same day with extra advice-feedback. Great company. Process took 3 days which is well within the 1-10 days estimate.

We paid to have the phone unlocked and the guy who was emailing us threatened to blacklist the phone if we didn't pay more money. I didn't believe him, but he did BLACKLIST the phone so it looks like our phone is stolen. There's nothing more we can do on our end. His email said I'm blacklisting your nice new phone if you don't pay for another unlocking since it's not my fault the first unlocking did not work. He used cuss words, idiot, and stupid. They say they're a family ran business. They are not professional!

Hello EM, we were not threatening anything, and we do not blacklist devices unless the payment was made with unauthorized card, meaning fraud, and meaning the card holder did not authorize the purchase. So yes, pay with a stolen card or with out authorization from the rightful card holder your phone will be blacklisted.
I would be happy to look into this for you but if you did not want to proceed with the unlock we simply refund and receipt is then sent to you. But use a stolen card then you are committing fraud. We do not participate in stolen property

I don't know where the good reviews of this website came from, but my experience with them is terrible and totally a waste of my time, like other unlocking website. I paid my order on Dec 23,2021 and they promised to unlock my phone 1-12 hours with money back guaranteed, if I am not happy. After that, I contacted them many times through email, text and phone calls. No one ever got back to me. I highly suspect the business of unlocking a carrier-locked phone is totally a scam, because other websites also did the same thing. Now, I have call my bank to dispute this charge again. It is a scam, why nobody reported it ever to stop it?

On 9/4/21 I paid the 19.99 charge to have a samsung galaxy s20 unlocked. I received an email that stares 1 -48 hours I would receive the Unlocking instructions. As of today, 9/10/21, still no email with the instructions. I have sent an email requesting my money back, no response. Thus company is fraud.

Stacy we are responding to each and every email, you are saying the phone is not prompting for an unlock code, we are asking what sim card you are trying to use in the phone, and if the sim card is active. The sim card you are trying to use is the same sim card of the locked carrier, as stated in our instructions as well as in our email you need to use a sim card that is not from the original carrier to get the unlock code to prompt. Easy, simple fix

We had mistakenly inserted our old carrier's SIM card into our new iPhone13, and when we switched to our new carrier's SIM card a few days later, we discovered that the device had been carrier locked. Our old carrier at first blamed it on the new carrier, then simply refused to help us, as we had violated our terms of service by switching to the new device (probably true, but who knew?). Even high-level customer support from Apple couldn't remove the lock, including a hard factory reset, leaving us with an $800 paperweight. The Unlocking Company responded to our email within a matter of hours and, after investigating the situation for less than 24 hours, told us that it was safe to proceed with a request via their website. Again, less than 24 hours later, our device was unlocked, up and running perfectly with our new carrier. We have seen no indication of any problems a few days later. Their expressed commitment to customer service seems to be as genuine as we have seen from any company and we would highly recommend them to anyone caught in a similar situation.

I submitted an application w/ credit card information. Did receive an email regarding my phone, replied to the email with the pertinent information & received an "unknown recipient" response. Contacted them via their website and never heard back. They advertise a result in 24 hours or less, that was four days ago. Nevertheless, they have been paid. I went to the original vendor of the phone and they fixed it for nothing and told me how they did it, for free.
