This company is fraud. They have taken me for $2300. Most cant speak english or spell. They are completely incompetent. I was very patient telling them step by step how to do their job and almost two years later, the website is still not complete and they won't even activate my website or give me access to my own website so I can take it elsewhere. It's been so long I can't even dispute the charges because I moved and switched banks a year ago.

I reached out to The Web Founders for their blockchain services, and they helped me with everything. Their team of skilled people efficiently handled all my concerns and guided me. The customer support agent, Lee, was very friendly and actively paid attention to my requirements. It was easy for me to contact Lee at any time of the day. Their work shows their level of professionalism and extensive knowledge. I was aware of each step involved in the completion of my task. They frequently provided me with major updates. You could build a better website on SquareSpace, Webflow, etc.

This company doesn't care about their work product, but if they delivered website quality that they have in their own website or the examples they show you when selling you, they would be a top tier web-developer. Instead, font isn't consistent, sizing isn't consistent, Web certificates aren't handled, basic SEO isn't even included, image quality on site is blurry despite providing high-res photos, contact forms weren't sending anywhere for months, they do site maintenance in the middle of your office hours, I could go on and on...It's scary. Thankfully our website is not our main source of revenue and we can work slowly to rebuilding our website. Dealing with them is painful.

Don't overpay for their hosting either, and I would have them on a performance contract.

They were able to design us a beautiful site that has helped us rank higher in Google and has won us many clients.

I am a student that is still learning to become a website developer in the future. As part of my college project I had to create and run a blog for at least a month. I used WordPress to create my website but wanted to have domain hosting from an external service. I searched the internet to find the organization that I could be satisfied with. Studying in New York University is never easy as you have to maintain your grades. I could take no risks which is why it was relieving that I found TheWebFounders and the amazing way they assisted me.

I wanted a web app developed for my business so I asked them to make one for me. They made my app according to my liking. They even appreciated my feedback. Their program manager was very helpful. He kept in touch with me and notified me about the project updates during the whole process.

I literally have zero knowledge in the IT business, but you can pass up on a chance to earn, especially if you have a great product. With the The Web Founders I was able to let them handle all the technical aspects related to Wo commerce and concentrate on manufacturing my product.

I was looking for a unique logo for my product. Then someone told me about the Web Founders. Their team of Web Designers were very observant to the details that I gave them. They listened to my request of the things that I wanted in my custom logo. They fulfilled every little thing that I asked them to do. It was a pleasure working with them.

I don't have the slightest idea about mobile app design but I saw a gap in the market and take advantage. The service was not as expensive and quality was not compromised. I am still midway in fully developing my app with them. But I am happy and stress free.

This is a review that the webfounders did not like... only has the truth. Would be happy and confident if it became a court case as I have documentation to support my comments! Still no response or refund since I said I was not goint to be bribed to take down my 1 star 'genuine' reviews, they have bascially validated they are scammers!

'Please do your research, this company will scam you, they have taken £5000 from me and no website. They refuse to refund it even though I have a contract that states '100% money back gurantee', I am a sole trader, it has ruined me and my business. If they were a genuine company, they would respond to emails, nothing.
For those that have been scammed please report it to Fraud Alert for their investigation, Trading Standards etc. they should not be allowed to get away with.
The business address is a company house, not offices, and although I have documentation that the work was done in this country (UK) it is done in Pakistan, which is fine... but why lie about it! Please do not let them scam you too!'

Tip for consumers:
Do your homework. They have told alot of lies which I have documentation off. I had a contract that has a 100% money back guarantee. Means nothing!

The 5 star reviews are fake, this company will scam you, STAY AWAY!
Paid £5000 on August 12th for a site/logo, nothing and was only offered a refund if I took all my 'real' 'genuine' reviews down off trustpilot. But it was a BRIBE, as I said I would not (take the reviews down) until I had my full refund. Still no refund! Suddenly they are posted fake reviews to bring their ratings up against my real reviews.
I have plenty of documentation of them giving false information, there is a Fraud investigation going on and the Trading Standards UK have been informed. Do your homework, what they call 'offices' is a company house in London! I was told various time frames they have been in business in the UK from 2016 to 2018, they registered under ASTROS Digital in February 2021.
When I signed up, they had big name companies on their website listed as clients, (Hyundai, Wilson, Sephora, endlwss. List of names) Since I have asked if they were true clients (which we now know they were not, false information) they have taken them down. I have asked about this, and about other lies they were caught in, they will not answer, a sure sign of guilt!

They did the branding and marketing of my product as a result my product gained a lot of fame and it started selling. The sales generated a lot of revenue for me. I was really happy because they did a fabulous work at branding. I highly recommend them.

For someone who has been designing for such a long time they seem to never run out of unique ideas. I had a very unique selling point for my business and I wanted to use my design to show that as much as possible. I started working with this organization in the start to make sure that they know what they are doing. I gave them the project for a few logos but they surpassed all expectations that I had. They were able to provide a brilliant service and I was able to explain everything I was looking for to their representatives. What was truly brilliant was the simple fact that these guys were able to take my words and design word to word. It was as if I was able to trust them to give their best and they did not let me down.

Their team of video makers made an animation video for me. The video had a very high quality and had quality sound to it. The video was beautifully animated with a lot of special effects to it. Their designers are also very creative.

I've never been more impressed and fascinated with a service provider than I am with the Web Founders. They're responsive, proactive, and take the time to understand their clients' needs. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your web solutions.

The guys who created by websites were real amateurs which is why I got out of the services as soon as I could. I am glad that The Web Founders had website maintenance services because I did not want to have any problems that would have stopped me from working.

My business needed a website and I wanted it to be developed promptly. So I hired them. They made a great website for me. In the end I was left with no complaints.

Ideally, I would not give this company even a single star! I had a really awful website done which didn't work and had to fight to get 50% refund and then pay a different developer to fix all the problems. Their consultant convinced me through the developing process (before I realized they were not providing what they claimed!), to purchase a trademark and that they would organize it for me. This was over 3 months ago, I have still not heard anything about this and no trademark or application exists. I have tried to contact them multiple times during the last 1 month to get my money refunded and have not had a single reply. This is not a legitimate company and how they get any good reviews is beyond me. I suspect the good ones may not be legitimate, as how can there be any good ones given my experience and the experience of similar reviewers on this platform? Anyway, whatever you do STAY AWAY from them. They have no morals and their only service is to STEAL customers money!

I was looking for the hosting that went hand in hand with my website. However, I was unable to find it. So I started searching for hosting services. I found many but I didn't like their work. In the end I found out about The web founders.

I selected them for designing my website and they didn't disappoint. Their designs are eye-catching and very unique. That's why they are rated so highly. Their web design team is also very outstanding and very creative as well.

I was looking to get my mobile app developed for my project. Then I came across the team of The web founders. They developed my app in a timely manner. The app functionality was up to the mark.

I wanted a logo to be made for my business. So I went ahead and asked the team to make one for me.

OK...I thought I had a winner as the concept is great. However, follow up is bad and people you work with leaving and the new people don't follow up. Send an emai...no response. Call, with a promise to call back...not happening.

My company, Bio Hazard Plus Crime Scene Clean Up, LLC hired The Web Founders to take over and build up my existing website. It was a Wordpress site, so they reconstructed it to a PHP website. I was charged $2500 for the initial services. After the initial move over to PHP site, they added a bunch of features to the site. There was a discrepancy with another company in which the design looked very similar, so they had to change the design on the website and charged me another $1,000. As time progressed, they suggested other services and charged me $1,000 each time. They never gave a solid timeframe in which they would have my site up and running. They promised to complete all work within 60 days. Each time I asked for an update, they had not made the changes that I requested. That 60 days turned into almost two years. I was referred to multiple people in the company to address the issues that I had, to no avail. Each person would refer me to another person, and we went back and forth. Nigel Williams would indicate that Jason Brown was in charge of the project. Jason Brown would turn around and say Nigel was in charge. Jay Singh was also involved and passed the buck back and forth between him and Jason Brown. When I asked who was the owner of the company because I was tired of getting the run around, they would not respond. We had several zoom meetings to discuss the updates that I needed for the site, and the team indicated they recorded each session and took notes; however, whenever I asked for proof of the changes or updates, they could not provide any. Instead, they continued to ignore the issues I brought to them, and continuously delayed the website updates. They would make minor updates, just enough to say they did some work; however, they never fulfilled their contractual obligation. After almost two years of going back and forth with this company, I requested a refund of $2500 for the work still not done that I contracted them to do. Initially, they refused to give me a refund, citing they had done the work. When I proved to them, they had not done the work, they agreed to issue the refund. However, they insisted on not providing me with a refund immediately and requested that I wait two weeks before they would refund me. When I contested to the two-week timeline for the refund, they then agreed to have the refund deposited into my account by August 1,2023. In addition to the refund, I requested that they release my website back to me so that I could find another dedicated server provider. They indicated they could not move data off their site because it was in the test site. So, I hired GoDaddy to be new dedicated server. I provided The Web Founders with the new dedicated server information and granted access to Nigel Williams so that he could move off their server onto GoDaddy server. When I checked to see if any work had been done, I discovered that they had not made the updates that they agreed to make.
