Tim Hortons

Tim hortons should train their staff in proper hygiene. Same person cashing is the same person serving and they put their dirty hands on the cup lid that should touch the customers mouth.

It's just nastiness and it happens at every tim hortons I have been to in canada so far. Remember germs spread by these things.

Witness these attitude toward other client since november 2019 talk to improve, nevertheless they did not but no improvement until now, Experience it since 3 days on myself.

First of all, I don't understand why you take the best snack off the menu at 4 o'clock and that is the breakfast wrap if it's good why would you take it off? Doesn't matter what time of the day?
Some people don't always get up at the same time
But they didn't have it so I tried the new flat pizza. What a disappointment. It was like they put it in the microwave. It was limpy, no flavour, very little cheese, just plain terrible.
My foot note: this is not gonna last count on it

I've always enjoyed the tim hortons 'loaded' chicken bowls and they used to suffice my hunger all with a great taste, I've recently discovered they reduced their portions by a large amount all for the same price! This is outrageous! My kids and I used to enjoy the bowl combos and from now on we will have to stop. I recommend not to buy any tim Hortons bowls, this is not worth it and don't waste your money on such a tiny portion.

A gentleman by the name tommy, is always so upbeat and courteous. He's fast multitasking.
I've seen him wait on inside customers and the drivethru...all by himself. And not once did he complain or be rude...he's constantly apologizing for not having enough hands...

I don't understand why we are waiting so long to both order and receive our items. Been only happening since the complete staffing change, but the worst part is after being asked to repeat order, it still gets messed up. Just got home to enjoy my 3 milk and 2 Sweetner but it ends up being a cold steeped tea. Upper management should be ashamed for allowing the constant poor services that these franchise owners are allowing to happen, especially with Tim's being such a huge company. 9:24 PM; Wednesday January 3rd: Windfields location in North Oshawa…Guess the guy was having a bad day. He was already a bit slow and not the most welcoming guy ever working the counter, but since I'm a nice guy I thanked him for my tea anyway when he gave it to me; And he just turned his back and completely ignored me without a word of acknowledgment…You all might want to work on your customer service training; Maybe a class on not treating the customer like gum stuck under the bottom of your shoe…

Today my friend and I came to tim hortons for a cool drink due to the warm day. I was served by a tall young man whom i asked for two small vanilla ice caps. He was very polite and went through with my order. When i recievwd my drink i couldnt believe my eyes. There were sprinkles on my whipped cream, I think this was a very nice gesture and that this man is a great employee. It was one of the best made drinks ive had here in awhile.

This is a branch on West Broadway of Vancouver. They always refuse to provide sleeves for hot drinks. When I ask one, the csr rolled her eyes and advised that we don't have sleeves. I asked for an extra cup instead. She ignored my request and let me waited for 10 minutes before rudely passing me one. Later, her manager told her that I was very demanding and asked her to ignore customers like me in the future. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed. I don't think customers who spend their money there deserve such service. This is my last time in Timmy, period.

Went to Tim Hortons this morning to get a medium coffee asked for double cup because their cup are dangerous get to the window Tim Hortons charges you.10 for that extra cup I only get a double cup because Tim Hortons is too cheap to fix their with the cups they leak,cover doesn't fit properly, they are very soft cup come on Tim Hortons fix the problem don't charge the customers because your too cheap to make better cup.

I would not recommend the king Edward Tim Horton bcz the Indian girl was really bad. I wanted to redeem one offer through app bt firstly she accepted then rejected. 🤨

I still love going there. Everything was quick easy. The workers are very very polite but lately it's wait wait wait and when I mean i'm talking 10 to 15 minutes for a cuppa coffee which is ridiculous. I went inside one day there's two workers running the whole store that is totally ridiculous. Business is gonna go down if you don't fix it.

Well I was totally disappointed today! I do not drink coffee and never have. I do not like regular chocolate but have always liked Tim's white hot chocolate cause they make it with milk not hot water. Well today it was disgusting they clearly changed it. It tasted like hot water with a drop of milk no flavor whatsoever the worst I've ever had. Why would you change a good thing. I'm disappointed Jarvis Ontario Tim Hortons Rating would of been zero stars for this drink but had to hit at least one!

Was at the Tim Hortons in thessalon Ontario on sunday January 21st 2024 and tried to order any of the retro doughnuts and all they had was 1 walnut crunch left and none of the other ones so I got that, then ordered a Boston creme and they had none of those either. Hate when I'm in the drive through and they don't have any of what's being advertised on the screen!

Tell me.if I do to Tim Hortons (hey 27 and hwy 7) and drop 10 bucks on 4 coffees, then Why The F*** would they ask for another 10 cents for an extra cup? Are they really that f****** cheap? I used to go to Tim's several year ago at a different location and they messed up my order (again, mainly because Nobody spoke proper English) so I switched to McDonald's and found that they had better coffee. Today after 4 years I thought I'd treat some friends to coffee at Tim's. Yeah well, this just strengthens my belief that Tim Hortons is a money hungry coffee shop! Too bad. We're not coming back. Went to the hospital to visit my sick father in law, purchased $18 worth of food, go to scan my phone, they don't scan phone or cards there, they gave me a receipt and call head office, I did they said they can't do nothing about this, for really, ok, I am deleting my app I am done with Tim Hortons, there way to big,don't care about locality

I just went thru the Tim Hortons drive thru in Barrie on Cundles Rd EAST and they said my card didnt work but charged 3 times and its a gd thing I looked at my online banking to catch this, but then they refuse to pay me back saying Ill have to come back another day.I live 35 minutes away...this is NOT COOL.

Not clean place at all staff working carless without taking care for be cleaned and not care for health not responsible. The person who repair my cup he forget inside piece of plastic it is from cream cover and never check it before give to me.even no one is response after I try to reach customer service

This is a problem with not just one store but all of them. There will be 5-6 employees all serving the drive thru but could care less about the people who get their asses out of their cars to go in because the drive thru lineup is too long. You ask I'd there is someone serving the counter and you get "be with you in a minute...a minute turns into several while the drive thru keeps getting served. I'm sick of it and will be going to McDonald's from now on. Better coffee, better service.
