Really nice cups to fill with candies for my son's rehearsal dinner treats. Printing and design on cups is done perfectly. Very pleased with my choice.
The original cups I ordered were unavailable. I got a message needing immediate approval to change them. I did since the ones I really wanted and ordered were unavailable. I do not like these as well and cups do seem smaller than a normal 16oz cup.
These cups are AWESOME! The 22 oz. Is a great size and I can't wait to use them at my wedding!

The ordering was easy and I got my glasses fast but the box was crushed and one of the cups was broken needs better packaging protection I guess

This is my 5th time ordering cups for our annual Halloween party. They always turn out perfect and exactly as I request. They are so fast with creating the cup and shipping, with a total of 6-7 days from ordering to receiving. Love tippy toad!

Ray at Tippytoad went out of his way to help me with an order that I purchase every year from them but has been more difficult to get since COVID. My experience with Tippy Toad was wonderful! They have a wide variety of options to choose from, great prices and my order arrived quickly! The cups look fantastic! The only thing I wish was different about the website, was the ability to see what each artwork option looked like. If that ability is there, I didn't see it. I knew I wanted "Oh The Places You'll Go", so it wasn't a big deal for me. But for someone who is unsure, being able to see what those designs look like would be helpful. Thank you for helping to make our graduation party a huge success!

Cups were easy to order. There were plenty of designs to choose from. We were allowed to put design/writing on the front and back of the cup. Order came in quickly.

I placed an order, then decided I wanted a different style cup. Their team responded right away and gave me a refund so I could purchase the ones I wanted. Greatly appreciated!
The cups are nice, but they are smaller than I expected.
The website is accurate about how many ounces they can hold, but I definitely overestimated the physical size of the cups. The ones I purchased will hold the desired 16 oz, but only if filled to the point of almost overflowing. I wish I'd gone with the 22 oz cups. The disappointment with myself for choosing this size took away all the excitement I had when I purchased them, but this was no fault of the company. I attached the image to show the style I bought.

Thank you for your review and your feeback, Ellen! We are very sorry the manufacturer discontinued make the purple frost color cups your originally ordered. The manufacturer discontinued the purple color frosted cups because "they did not sell well". We disagree but it is our of our control. Regarding cup size, the 16 oz. Frosted cups will hold exactly 16 fluid ounces when filled to the brim (without ice). This is the industry standard. Please do reach out to us if there is anything we can do to help you.
This was the second order I place for gender reveal cups, but it was the first time I placed a custom order. When I emailed my custom design in, Bailey was quick to respond and asked for some slight adjustments to ensure that the art team didn't have any issues with getting the best results printed on the cups. My order was estimated to arrive a day before my event. Not fault of TippyToad, only my fault for waiting until the last minute. I kept in contact with Bailey to make sure there were not issues with the order or production since I was cutting it close. Bailey kept in contact through the whole process and to my surprise, my order arrived 4 days early! I was so relieved and the cups turned out AMAZING! I will absolutely continue to use TippyToad for my future party needs!

Wow! I couldn't be more amazed by the service of Tippy Toad. It was thought that I made a grammar error and they wrote me an email before printing in order to rectify the situation. WHAT OTHER COMPANY DOES THAT? None! They were extremely personable and easy to work with. It's clear they want their customers satisfied! I wanted personalized cups for my son's family-only, socially-distanced graduation party and these are perfect! It was easy to order, the proof arrived quickly and the cups looks exactly like I'd hoped. The only problem I had throughout the entire process was deciding which cups to order as there are so many great choices. I would order from TippyToad again.

I knew early on that I wanted to order souvenir cups but my timeline pushed it really close to the cut off but Molly was able to get my cups to my 2 days ahead of time! She even caught an issue with the colors that I picked, suggested a quick fix and made the correction. The cups were amazing and a huge hit! I will absolutely be ordering again!

I am so bummed! I ordered two different sets of cups weeks ago for my daughter's graduation party. The party is this coming Saturday (today is Tuesday). I just received a call that the order was on hold because they weren't sure what color I wanted the print to be on one of the cups ordered. Because it takes 7 days to ship an order, I had to cancel the whole order. Why am I just getting called now? And in my summary of the order, the color is stated right there. Ugh. If you need these on a deadline, order somewhere else. I wish I did.
