I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my 10 dollar gift card. I sent an email to customer service and got a bot reply back. It use to take just a few days to receive your gift card after you redeem your points. Now it takes an entire month to pay out which is reficulous. Also about 70 percent of the surveys I've taken and completed gives me an error code stating it's not you it's us after spending 15 to 20 minutes per survey. This platform has gone down hill. Avoid it at all costs!

I wasted my precious time trying to fill out the survey questions and every time in the middle of the survey a terrible glitch would happen. So I was unable to earn any points. What a waste of time!

After I had accumulated 45,000 plus points I asked for payment. They replied they would not pay as I was suspected of fraudulent activity. How do you commit fraud by answering questions? They not only robbed me they also defamed me. Toluna is totally toxic. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I did 45,000 points worth of surveys for Toluna over a period of several months. When I went to get paid, they stiffed me. I did surveys for Survey Junkie for over a year and never had a problem. BEWARE OF TOLUNA! THEY ARE DISHONEST.

So i joined a couple of weeks ago did all there surveys was really enjoying there sit, there did seem to be a couple of error messages when doing surveys, cashed out a couple of gift card and was waiting on 2 more to be processed then now carnt get back into my account password reset link not send 2 gift cards unprocessed and returned back to my account that i carnt get access to. Utter waste of time wouldnt bother!

Haven't been getting any surveys for over a month from Toluna and when I contacted them, they tell me that some settings on my device/browser has been flagged for being inconsistent with my country of residence! I have checked the all my settings and everything seems to be fine! Also, this is the same wifi (IP address) that I had been using since the very beginning I signed up with Toluna. I have been with them for over a year now and their system never had any issues with my IP except recently! Seriously disappointed! Anyone ever faced any such thing? Pls help

Be very careful of Toluna, this is a proper scam! I registered, filled up a very intensive data sheet which gave the a LOT of data about myself, and then, I couldn't even access my account again. When I tried to reset my password, I waited for an email to come to change my password, it never did. Dont waste your time on Toluna!

23/03/2024.

Well I have been with Toluna now for two years. I have had no issues and have fully enjoyed my experience. I have been truthful and honest answering the surveys, sometimes I've hit the button and I have lost a survey and lot of times I've not been a match which I understand.

Four days ago I went log in to my Toluna account and it kept saying log in failed, I was confused as it's been the same password I have used since joining and the email and password was saved to my Google account so I never forgot it. I kept doing this for a couple of days as thought maybe the system is down or something. I then pressed forgot password to maybe reset and it kept saying you have a email account with us we will send you a reset email. These emails never arrived and I have tried this at 50 times. I then sent a message to Toluna explaining my issues. I got a email back giving me a email to reset password so I've done this numerous times, I keep contacting Toluna and I keep getting the same email and no luck with resetting my password. Emails never arrived in my inbox or spam.

I am really disappointed as I had just completed a hours long survey speaking online face to face with a actual person about insurance letters to which I was granted two hundred and twenty thousand points, then I completed a weeks survey on washing machines, washing clothes and detergent use, I actually spend time recording the outcome every day to which I received one hundred and twenty thousand points, I also had a good few points already gained. So I had claimed a reward of one hundred and 90 thousand points points. So I am unable to access my account with my points that a fully give a 100 percent to. I am most likely not going to receive my reward either. I have a good six hundred and 50 thousand points that I can't get access to.

I then found these reviews and I was shocked at how many people this has happened to. I really thought Toluna was a honest quality survey site. As I said I've never had a issue and have always received my rewards but to just stop your account with no reason at all is very bad. Did they see I had all these points, that they didn't want me using. It's not good and not right to treat people like this.

I wish they would just be honest and tell the truth what they have actually done instead of constantly sending me reset password emails.

I have sent another email asking them to just be honest with me and not let me waste anymore time trying reset my account as it clearly isn't going to happen.

I feel I will be another person who will get some excuse that I have not been completing the surveys in a proper manner going by all these reviews. Why just stop your account now after two years. Makes no sense.

Scam. Spend hours doing surveys you get to the last question and receive an error message.
Waiting for my $20 PayPal reward for 3 weeks now and after contacting them multiple times they tell you to keep waiting.
Don't waste your time on Toluna. I'm ready to contact fair trading and report it.

For a while the site was giving a lot of error messages after completing a survey and not once have I been compensated and I've let it go. I'm always blown off, even after I've provided a screenshot showing the error and even after I provide a survey number they find some way to blame the respondent for doing something wrong.

Now there are 2 high point surveys that I haven't been compensated for, the first one was for 12,000 points Sept. 1! The other was done on 10/8 and I believe it was 6,000. They are both still listed as pending and I've taken screenshots as proof. This is highly unethical and most likely illegal. They have told me a couple times to give it a little more time because they haven't gotten paid, which is not my problem folks! Now my email is coming back undeliverable. If I'm not compensated within the next week, I will reach out to Stagwell Group, the parent company to Nielsen and Toluna, to see if they are mandating this behavior and then I report to the New York Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. I'm not the kind of person that backs down and this will be no exception.

This company does not redeem your rewards. They send you an email to say they will not and then you try to click on any links to follow up and it opens up a "this page isn't working" window. Total scam

Adding my own report of more BAD behavior on the part of TOLUNA.
A real scam and big waste of time.
I'm one more of those who have experienced this abusive behavior, with a suddenly suspended account without even knowing it. Because they just do it unilaterally without communicating and definitely NOT even attempting to ascertain if what they did was right or not.
They just suspend the account and you don't know about it.
Their stupid paranoia about "data quality" with "checks" being done wrongly, and baseless decisions being taken, unfounded... JUST PLAIN DISHONEST! Especially once they've categorized you as being bad, they just look at you as such and won't even consider that they may be wrong!
Just like others having experienced this $#*!TY behavior, I always provided legit and valid answers to all surveys and never did anything that would warrant any actions. And their FAULTY "checks" obviously catch perfectly legit data as being "fraudulent".
Just shameful and abusive.
And just to add to this, I had previously redeemed points and was awaiting a payment, and that was also reversed following this incident.
So who's fraudulent here? TOLUNA. 100% FRAUDULENT. A SCAM.
Like many, I spent a lot of time responding to surveys, for chump change, definitely NOT worth my time, and what do I get in return? Being treated like a malfeasant! JERKS!

I had been a member of Toluna for around 3 months, spending a lot of time and effort answering polls and doing surveys honestly and truthfully, trying to build up a little money to put towards Christmas. The pay for each survey is minimal for the effort you put in, but it gradually adds up. I got to around 419,000 points which is less than $150 aud. I then find I can't access the site through the app with my password. After emailing them I get a reply that they have noticed that "I was apparently doing an activity that contradicts my profile ", and because of this they are revoking my membership and taking away the points that I have earned, without any proper explanation. I know that I have done everything correctly, I am not a dishonest person, which leads me to think the whole thing is a scam and they never had any intention of paying out any money.

...is that every cash out you make is "reviewed" first before they decide whether to award you the money you've earned. If whatever program they use to run "quality checks" suspects you of any number of vague crimes against humanity, they will inform you that PayPal, etc., "rejected" your reward and your points are being disbursed back into your Toluna account. Too bad that after telling you this, they'll ban your account altogether. Good luck with the customer service bots should you try to ask what's up!

Use at your own risk. I know of no other survey site around that requires its users give them hours of free information for chump change without telling them up front that they will most likely never see it.

I cash out my points in Paypal on the 25th of September, It's been three weeks now and i'm not receiving any payout. I sent an email but the reply from them was out of the topic and they consider it as solved.

(As of October 17) Regarding my concern i received an email from Toluna, there are temporary delays in processing all pending PayPal rewards and they are working on it. Thank you Toluna for your prompt response much appreciated.

Like many other people who have written a review I have nothing good to say about Toluna. I completed all surveys honestly and in good faith but once I had saved up over 100,000 points they suspended my account. When I contacted them I just got their generic email saying there were "consistent issues" with my answers which is completely untrue. I cannot use the 100,000 points I spent a lot of time saving. Toluna are a dishonest company - don't waste your time on them.

This is a consolidator survey platform with the lowest points and often terrible templated questionnaires enormous technical errors.
They are screening out in view of technical errors.Rewards used to be redeemed at time of submission but now they take up to 2 months! And reminders are not answered.
Being a consolidator means that the quota of responses is reached by other companies for the same surveys consequently you will be screened out. Some of their surveys had phishing capabilities that could affect your IP address that hinders risks violating privacy

Companies contract with Toluna to do market research, etc, and are unfamiliar with how they do business. Their poor service and how they treat customers can reflect poorly on that company and their products. It can make that company seem like they aren't doing their due diligence, for sure. It's my mission going forward to get the word out.

This site sucks. I have been using it for a few months with no issues, I redeemed a 10$ Amazon gift card the other night and then the next morning I couldn't login. Just happened to have my account suspended right afterwards. Ridiculous that they don't even give an explanation until you hound them about it. Pretty frustrated with this site as they take everything earned as well so much time was wasted and I don't even know exactly why or what to do to fix it. I don't change my answers on purpose.

You guys have a long history of deleting people accounts for no reason and not allowing them to redeem their points that's all your reviews say online and I have spent a good majority of
My time completing surveys only for the same thing to happen to me. I've tried to reset my password and they never send the email. This is truly unacceptable you give the survey community a very bad name.

Toluna has greatly improved their payment timetable recently. Gotta give credit where it's due since it's the best site to accumulate rewards.

Every time i started taking surveys and collecting points, i did not receive any message during surveys time. Like ur reply are not appropriate aur u r not suitable for survey all surveys are completely finished but when i applied for rewards, u canceled my membership.
You are stealing peoples hard earned money
Very disappointing site
Never make again member and said all friends and relative dnt do surveys from ur site

Lifepoints survey and toluna both are scams both are stealing my rewards and without any resons they canceled ur membership when u apply for rewards otherwise u r best do surveys without any rewards
