“Need better quality”

I ordered a tool belt and two pouches. The belt and one of the pouches started to tear after 3 weeks of use. There is not a phone number listed on the site. A phone number needs to be available to customers, as emails back and forth consume too much time. So I was given customer service via email by Melissa. Melissa was very helpful, my defected items are being replaced and sent from the manufacturer. I do hope the new belt and pouch hold up better this time. Melissa was a pleasure to work with.

I ordered 2 tool belts on the 2nd of Sept. I received a confirmation the next day (the 3rd). I responded asking when I could expect it to ship and received no reply until the 8th FIVE DAYS LATER. The reply told me it had not shipped and provided no further information. I responded asking for a tracking number. On the 10th, I still had not heard back so I decided to try and call. However, there is no phone number for this site so you cannot talk to a real person. At this point I started to doubt that the site was legitimate and emailed them again saying I was going to file a claim with the better business bureau if I did not a) hear back or b) receive my 60-some-odd dollars in products because I wanted my money back and did not trust they were a real site. Later the same day (the 10th) the package from them was delivered - and I finally heard back from "Melissa" their customer service agent who said, and I quote "Your product was delivered today... Please feel free to tell the Better Business Bureau that." Yes, my product was delivered. However the site never updated with tracking information and the customer service team was unable to provide it. Also, one of the tool bags that was delivered already has holes in it and an sewn so poorly that it causes the whole thing to be askew - debating on if I want to try to return this and deal with "Melissa" or her manager, or just suck it up and hope it doesn't fall apart. In short. Order from somewhere else. These people are a**holes and their product is a poor quality piece of sh*t, as is their customer service.
