I had a machine go down in the middle of a job. I saw that this company was a little less expensive so I ordered what I needed. That was when my coworker called my attention to some poor reviews. I tried calling the company but got no response. However, the next day I got a call back and a text. My parts were already shipped. They came in on time. Carefully packaged. They were OEM parts. Exactly what I ordered and what I needed. No one has paid me to write this review. I'm just a working stiff and was in a jam. I dont care about what others went through. All I know is that they came through FAST and with flying colors. Really saved the day. I will definitely use them again.

They say you can cancel an unshipped order, but you can't. The "Shopper Approved" reviews are fakes.

This place is either grossly incompetent or a total scam. Paid $20 shipping for $10 worth of parts and never received shipping confirmation. Contacted them a week later and no reply. Now I have to get my bank to charge back the funds. Huge waste of time for $10 worth of parts that never shipped. This place has several websites all similar but with different names so they're obviously up to no good. Only wish I found this out before wasting my time!

Ordered a simple hose repair part for my compressor on 11/15/2020. Maybe you received it because I didn't. If you did, Merry Christmas from me because I paid for it. So much for quicker purchases by ordering online. BS. Do not order from ToolPartsPro unless you really don't care if your purchase ever shows up. Will never, ever order from them again and I highly recommend that you DO NOT ORDER FROM TOOLPARTSPRO either. Has been in the mail since 12/09/2020. Oh I get it, maybe St. Nick is bringing it. Damn, no chimney and I am Jewish. Guess not.
Buyer beware. I opened a user account and ordered a couple of parts, paid for them, around $20. Total. I checked back on my order through my user account, no listing for it. And no contact option. There was no way to ask anyone where my order is. Then I get an email from Shopper Approved wanting to know if I got my order, With two options; one was to click a link confirming I got it, the other to was unsubscribe from the list. I don't believe this is any thing other than a scam site

But if you do, and it doesn't arrive in a reasonable time, call your credit card provider and cancel the payment. You normally have 30-60 days to dispute a charge. I'm cancelling mine because even if I get something (and it's been a month), it might be incorrect and there doesn't appear to be anyway to return items, customer service doesn't answer the phone and they don't reply to emails
Ordered lathe parts on 4-11-2020, 22 days ago. They took the money the same day. The original email says that 'Most tool part(s) orders ship out within 7-14 business days. I still have not received any parts. I was informed 2 days ago (day 20) that the majority of my order is back-ordered. Why couldn't they post that information on the site at the time of order that the particular parts were back-ordered, like any other site. I have sent several emails to the "sales" department and still have no response. Do yourself a favor and order any parts you need directly from the manufacturer. They might cost a little more but you might know within a day or so that things will be delayed. And the parts won't go through a middle man that may damage them to the point the warranty is void before you get them. Horrible customer service. 0 stars if possible.

I got an automated email asking if I was satisfied with my delivery but never received anything.
I ordered a $8.00 part for the weed eater, 6wk later nothing. Left emails and they said they will follow up but they were just blowing me off. No luck with phone calls you have to leave a message, had to get my credit card company to reverse the charge.

I ordered 2 parts on January 29,2020. I received 1 about 3 weeks later. Here it is March 3 and I am still waiting for the other part. Even their response to my inquiry regarding my part was slow in coming. If it is going to take more than a month, TELL ME, you have my email address. IF I ever get my part, I definitely will NOT be ordering from them again.
Ordered a part for my dewalt drill almost three months ago, they took my money right away but the part still I haven't received it, their add said it take 7 to 10 days to get the item, I being tried to get in contact with them phone call, Emails completely ignored I really think is fake business don't buy anything from them is like giving your money away
They charged my credit card 3 times for a $20 part that would have taken 30 days to get a spanner wrench and I tried to call and after 4 tries finally got through not good customer service! And their website ordering is bad.
I ordered a table saw riving knife on 11/13/21. On 11/14 my credit card was charged for the part and shipping. After 10 days I had not received the part nor an order confirmation. I started calling but each time went to a voice mail box. Never got a callback. Sent an email detailing the issue several times and finally heard back from Helen. Sent my credit card charge and asked for a refund or the part. Never heard back. It is now 12/2121 so I'm ordering from somewhere else and writing off this charge. BUYER BEWARE!

I'm here to say a 1.06 rating maybe a little high. Not only have I not received my order but their customer service is non existent. They don't answer the phone and their voicemail box is full so you cannot leave a message. Fortunately I'm only out $17.00.
Pretty pathetic way of doing business.
It took them 2 weeks to ship an order, never response to email inquires, nor have a working phone number that can take voice mail. Canceled one of the two items in the order because it was no longer available but as of today, it is still listed on their website as "available". I have to pay second shipping to get the part from another vendor. If I know it would take them that long to ship a part, I would NEVER order it from them! NO ONE SHOULD WASTE MONEY OR TIME ON THEM!

Just as mentioned in other reviews you can't reach these people after placing a order. You can't check on status of delivery or cancel after trying to get updates on delivery. They also charged my paypal account after saying part was delivered but was not. PayPal did get our money back. Do not I repeat DO NOT use this site.
Absolutely no customer service. "We are either away from the desk or with another customer" is what you get. Emails and voicemails unanswered. But, they took my money immediately. Where is consumer protection?

Not any thing good to say here about this company. Ordered one thing, and what was sent, a completely different item. Called them on the phone, said they would send out the correct item have not received it. They didn't even want the incorrect item back. Went through PAYPAL disputed the transaction, PayPal said that merchant claimed MERCHANDISE WAS DELIVERED. Yeah it was, the wrong merchandise. So I lost the case from PayPal too. I used PayPal to protect my self from situations like this. Seems like they are not any help either. Lost a lot of money on this one.

I gave them a bad review previously due to non communication. I ordered a part June 28th and after 3 weeks of no confirmation email i was getting skeptical of the site being a scam because you cant call them without getting a voicemail that was full, and also no return email. I finally got my part August 11th. Still never got a reply back nor a shipping or tracking number.
After more then a month of waiting i finally received something completely different from what i have ordered?
Took over 20 days just for them to get my item in the mail. No communication at all from them, after I contacted them. Don't do business with them!
After waiting two months for my order to arrive I tried to contact them. I sent an email, to which they did not respond. I called four times. They never answered and their voice mailbox was always full and not accepting new messages. They had billed my credit card the instant I placed the order. I asked the credit card company to reject the charge. Three weeks later toolpartspro shipped my order and won't allow me to stop the shipment or return it. They aren't just bad. They are criminals. I will be asking the California Attorney General to investigate them for phone and mail fraud.
Ordered item April 12. It is now May 7 and item not received. Will not return phone calls or emails. No way on website to cancel order. Cannot leave a review on company website. Do not believe the high ratings.
Waiting for my lawnmower part and now I see that Paypal has paid but I never even got an acknowledgement from toolpartspro. Tried to call but the other reviews are accurate--no answer and the voicemail box is full.
I ordered wrong part. Tried to call no live person ever responded to numerous messages! Tried to do return on their site and i kept getting response of no order found! Ive tried everything!
