I've had no fewer than 7,000 questions about raising tortoises and the team of Brieanna, Joanna, Ray or Brian always respond quickly, kindly and very informatively! They have been a terrific resource even after the sale which is a true mark of a great company. If you are looking for a great place to buy an exotic - TortoiseTown and its people know their stuff!

They were quick to help me with my tortoise and we now have a healthy tortoise named Taco. It's very much loved.

We ordered a blue iguana hatchling (named Cyan now) who showed up in perfect health. They are well socialized and, even though iguanas are skittish, this guy calms down easily when startled. Building more trust every day, I'm able to gently handle them multiple times a day to help them remain comfortable with handling. Tortoise Town was very helpful and answered all of my questions as they came. We're in love with our new edition and very grateful to Tortoise Town for such a beautiful, captive bred animal.

This has been the best decision we have made in our life. Taco is sociable and full of personality. Greatest addition ever.

My turtle died within 4 days of purchase. Further I paid for a male yearling and was sent an ill unsexed hatchling.

Brian has been an amazing guy to work with! And I really want to thank Tortoise Town (TT) for giving me one of the most beautiful creatures I've ever owned. In the weeks leading up to my purchase I was doing my research as a potential owner, and I was coming across a lot of misinformation on the web and AI sites like ChatGPT. I decided to reach out to TT via their general contact form on the website for clarification, and Brian got back to me the same day via text message and gave me the clarification I needed. In addition, I was also undecided between two very similar species of tortoises, and Brian helped me decide which one was right for me and explained the different nuances between the two species. When the time came to ship my little guy Apollo, he arrived early the next morning. I gave Apollo a nice warm soak immediately and then spent the next couple hours giving him shell rubs and a comfy space for him to take a nap from his long journey. It wasn't long before I started to realize that he had a very sociable and sweet personality :) I had expected him to retreat into his shell for most of the first day or two upon his arrival, but retreating to hide was the last thing on his mind. Within hours of his arrival he was already walking all over a warm spot on my bed and stealing hearts amongst all my friends lol :)

Tortoise Town was great to work with. Customer service was wonderful. They were prompt with their responses and answered any questions I had. Once ordered my tortoise arrived promptly. After soaking in some water she was actively moving about her new home!

I would recommend this place if you're looking for a turtle! We received our the exact day we ask. We were dodging snow storms! The hatchling box turtle came healthy and he is eating already! The first night home! You guys made my daughter a very happy little girl!

I ordered a red footed tortois for my daughter's birth day. He came quick, and is absolutely beautiful. I was pleased with how calm he is and has no problem being handled. The next morning he ate, and has been exploring his new cage and being very active. The only downfall is thankfully he was delivered in less than the 24 hour mark because the heat pack had stopped working and he was freezing and slow. Overall very satisfied and love our new family member!

Received a beautiful baby Greek tortoise from TT, and she was home in less than 24 hours, and I'm in CA in the other side of the country. Also well taken care of and in good health - she was shipped with a heat pack to keep her warm, which is reassuring. Very happy with my tortoise and Tortoise Town!

Was a bit worried but our baby arrived yesterday and while sluggish upon arrival (even humans would be jet lagged!) he perked right up after a nice soak and introduction to his habitat. We are so happy and can't wait for kids' response on Christmas morning. So great! Thanks Tortoise Town!

Ordered a baby Russian Tortoise from them about 6 years ago. He was healthy when he arrived. He's happy and healthy now.

GREAT SERVICE! We absolutely LOVE our new baby Hermann tortoise who arrived this week. She is perfect, interactive, and adored by my kids. It was easy to work with this company. They e-mailed back same day when I had questions. They shipped exactly when they said they would 2 days after I contacted them and our tortoise arrived the day that was scheduled packaged carefully. The phone number didn't work when I called, but e-mailing was easy and fast and actually more convenient, so I would try that if you have questions.

Great site, awesome customer service. I submitted my order Saturday night and my order arrived by Tuesday. I called the number on the site they answered immediately and gave me an update as well.

I was looking for a Giant Leopard tortoise. Not easy to find. Tortoisetown had one. Now I must admit I would have loved to have seen a picture first. BUT Brian said he had a perfect female and that's what I got! Just beautiful! I plan to purchase a male in the near future. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another tortoise from Tortoisetown!

Turtle delivery today. Packaging was great. So far a happy turtle and happy little son to enjoy it

Ordered two het ivory Sulcata turtles and received them this morning. Suppose to be male and female however not sure which is which. Says they came with a care sheet but they didn't. One arrived dead and the other severely sick. Won't eat, can't open its eyes and barely moves. Took to the vet for antibiotics and was told it'll be an uphill battle and not to expect the best. When you try to call they never answer so you have to leave voicemail that they never return. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. And the worst quality pets ever

My nosy be panther chameleon is a dream. He's so loving. Was very tame and loved to be held and played with from 1st day. I was very happy with your service. I want an iguana next!

I ordered a banana ball python from cbreptile.com and I keep getting emails saying to review this company. I didn't even order from you guys and still don't have any info on when my snake will be arriving
