I am thrilled by my experience with Trade Inn/Bike Inn. I purchased a pair of Schwalbe studded snow tires for my bicycle and a set of Campagnolo shifter hood covers, but I was given a tracking number that when checked 6 days later indicated that the items were still at Trade Inn's warehouse. I therefore emailed customer service at Trade Inn, asking if the items had "actually been sent," also letting them know how pleased I was to have found their website. They responded within 24 hours and provided me with a corrected tracking number. Less than 48 hours later, I received notification from Trade Inn that the package (with these items) was presently at the United States Postal Service center in Chicago, IL, USA, where it was being processed through customs. I was able to verify this, using the tracking system at the USPS website. Long story short, I received the package at my home within the range of dates estimated per my order. The studded tires are now on my bicycle's wheels, and I couldn't be happier. And the shifter hoods are exactly as ordered and in beautiful condition. So kudos to Trade Inn's customer service and Trade Inn's unbeatable price for these items.

That it was unreliable, full or bots, zero humans to help and even their bots .they only spoke to me in Spanish and German and when they spoke English, I couldn't get through 3 questions before it started all over. This was a nightmare. Continues to be one

I ordered a motorcycle windshield. The GIVI AF260. After days of back and forth I was given the option of a partial refund or return what was shipped. I'm assuming their error put my ethics in question. This is one of the most frustrating interactions regarding a purchase I can recall. I would never order from this company again. I'm sure they are good people trying to do a good job, but they, or customer service, failed to recover my experience. Never ever again will they have that opportunity. I looked at the “About Us” section on their website, the picture of employees outside their warehouse. The thought of all those hard working people, who I’m sure need their jobs, being put in jeopardy due to bad management is disconcerting. Their overall reviews reflect a business crisis in my view. Nothing in the service recovery phase gives me hope that they are improving.

Do not buy from any of the sub-companies of this outlet. It is a fraud. They will take your money and never ship anything out. They will also stall every attempt to get your money back. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. Their low prices are pointless if you never get the item.
If possible 0. It's a scam. Most of the stuff that you see online they don't have. Been trying to reach someone for 2 weeks no one doesn't respond on the phone chat or email.

The product cost me $83 and they want $52 to ship it back because I got the wrong size. Also I tried filing a support ticket to ask them about what was wrong with that and their response made no sense at all. Avoid buying from them.
I bought a sneaker as a gift on 01/13, the sneaker was not delivered. Customer support via WhatsApp does not work. They said my money would be refunded and today is 02/17, more than a month and I have neither the merchandise nor the money back. They should feel ashamed treating a customer this way. It's 105CHF, if they do this with many customers it will be as profitable as for a bank.

The worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Parcel failed to arrive, I had to contact them. It was Virtually Impossible to speak to someone. It was all bots that never answered my questions. When I did talk to a human I was always told my parcel will arrive shortly. Any idiot would of worked out after a month the parcel weren't coming but again I had to do all the chasing to make them realise my items are lost. They kept telling me the same thing, it's being investigated over and over. There was no timescale of when they were gonna declare the parcel lost or when I would be reimbursed. It's been over a month now and still no one has contacted me to apologise or give me my money back. Most unprofessional useless company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Very upset with this company. They have taken our money, not delivered our goods, and refused to refund us, or even reply to our messages.
It is so stressful and unfair dealing with this company. I wish I had read other reviews before spending hundreds of euros on sports items. It seems they take many customers' money and simply never deliver the goods. Even if you take their insurance, the insurance company won't reimburse you and just tell you to get the money back from TradeInn. What was the point in paying extra for insurance then?
I can't believe that this company can get away with robbing from so many people and be allowed to keep operating.
I have had to ask friends in Spain to file a police report to try to recover my money, but it is not easy. Does anyone know how we can recover our money using legal recourse if necessary? Any help would be greatly appreciated. STAY AWAY from them for the sake of your own wallet!

3 months I have been waiting for my purchase on the 11th December. Shocking customer service. Non existent. No refund. No money back. Just texting back and forward with 'Bots' so that eventually you will give up hope. Bad company policy. Could be a scam. Cannot be trusted.

First of all, please note that this company scores approx. 32% (1.6/5.0) on Trustpilot UK, meaning that the vast majority of its customers are scammed, robbed, overcharged, do not receive products, etc.
In my case, an order of hundreds of euros from diving equipment was never delivered. The company refuses to reply, rectify its 'mistakes', or simply refund the amount stolen.
Worse yet, they sell insurance on their website………….but the insurance company does not reimburse you for so-called 'lost products', and claim that this is the responsibility of the trader, i.e., the insurance you pay for has no value whatsoever if the company 'lose' your products.
It seems like the TradeInn and the insurance company have an agreement to take customers' money for both products and insurance, NOT deliver the goods, tell you to seek damages from the fake insurance they sell, then keep your money.
I have reported the matter to the relevant Spanish authorities and am personally in the process of pursuing legal action against such fraudulent and illegal behaviour.
DO NOT purchase online from the company. A little over 3 out of 10 chance you get what you paid for, as independent reviews attest online.

Placed an order and was told it should arrive in 10 days. It's now been over two and a half months. Tracking information shows the package has not been delivered. Repeated emails to them have resulted in lies and complete passing the buck useless responses. These guys do not take pride in their work and they do not care about their customers. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their prices are just a cover for a big scam to lure you in and have you pay for something that will likely never arrive, if it was sent at all. I repeatedly sent them emails with my order # and tracking # they gave me. Now, they're simply not responding back.

Sadly, I did not look for reviews on this company before buying. They fail to make obvious they are NOT A US company, so returns will cost you at least $50.00. Their customer service is awful! Their site does not make gender obvious when comes to sizes and they completely fail to take any responsibility for missing information.

I searched for a women's size 11, the shoe I wanted came up, they sent me a Men's 11 (two sizes too big for me), they refused to refund and accept return... Really horrible customer service.
One of the ordered products was never delivered and the packaging was so horrible. Customer support ignored my emails for over a week then finally responded that it's too bad for me that the claim period is over. This is honestly the worst service or response that I have ever received from a seller. I will not use this website again since I'm never seeing my money or the product that I fully paid for (+ import charges + taxes) ever. They knew they could get away with it as they always do.

I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 945 from their store. I had a 30 day, money back return policy.
What happened:
The Garmin was defect - I called Garmin directly, and spoke with their technical support team - who told me that it would need to be returned, and could see that there was an issue with the products blue tooth connectivity.
What I did next:
I returned the product with the information about what happened, and requested my money back.
What did they do:
They ignored my refund request, and sent the product to the manufacturer, under the pretext that if there was nothing wrong with it, I would need to pay for all the shipping costs.
I explained many times via the support email, that I simply wanted to return the product and receive a refund.
I hear nothing for a few weeks, then suddenly get an email telling me that they will be sending me a fixed or new product (still not clear what they were talking about) - with the tracking number. This has absolutely nothing to do with either their return policy or what I was looking for.
Customer support wrote to me in English first, then randomly in German, did not reply on time. This whole process for a malfunctioning product, has taken almost 2 months. Oh and sending emails from your account, returns an error and won't let you. So I had to find a mail I had received in my inbox from them, to be able to communicate.
I mean really guys - unprofessional, poor service and poor product experience.
Definitely would not recommend purchasing anything from this online store.

TO AVOID. My order ******* was placed on Dec 28, with delivery to Poland. Only after payment it turned out that not all items listed as "Available" were on stock. The order was shipped only on Jan 15 (estimated delivery when paying: Jan 9-12). When dispatching the order, Tradeinn incorrectly specified the size of the package and it could not be put into the destination pick-up box. The package was returned back to Spain, no help whatsoever from Tradeinn to hold or stop it. On contrary, misleading automated answers on "we are deeply sorry, delivery in progress". The returned packaged only arrived back at Tradeinn on Jan 31, after travelling from Spain to Poland and to Spain. I was refused to receive my funds back before their reception of the incorrectly sent package. Eventually I asked to resend it, as it contained a large set of diving equipment for my long awaited holiday. My request was not respected, they proceeded to reimbursement. First reimbursement came only for products, as they tried to make me pay for the shipment (!). After my complaint, they reimbursed for transport, but still I did not receive the full amount I had paid on the beginning. They manipulate on currency exchange rates, but the prices, invoice and payments are in your local currency (if it is different from EUR). I am nearly 2 months after my order (and full payment worth over 1200 EUR), did not received products, nor was fully reimbursed. Only automated replies from "customer service", often contrary one to another.
Bottom line, never had such a "customer experience"... Be careful, especially when ordering from out of Spain.

I bought a fishing rod from this company but received a broken item. I always buy "Route Shipping protection" So I filed a claim for a damaged product but it was denied? How is that possible?
I purchased a new rod but received a rod that was broken. Also, I purchased the insurance just in case a situation like this. However, when I explained the situation that rod came broken it was denied for any customer service and said that shipping protection fee was to be refunded back to me. How is this possible? I purchased ahead on the time of purchase, but the insurance purchase will be refunded when I made a claim about the broken rod that I received. I really do not feel this is fair at all and there needs to be something done as i paid for a new rod but received a broken one. I sent so many inquiry about the current situation, but i have not heard anything back.

They advertise easy returns but fail to say it will be very expensive as you are shipping internationally. Expect to pay 20% of the value of your item to get it back to them. I read a number of negative reviews online and naively decided to proceed with an order anyway. Prior to placing the order I emailed them to confirm the item was in stock and would be delivered within the advertised timeframe, which I was assured it would.
After one week they cancelled the order and now won't respond to emails.
