Travelation has great online and on the phone! The website is very easy to use and the customer care service is very good. I always purchased my tickets from Travelation. And I referred to my friends also.

Because I can find tickets for cheap
They scammed me out of over $1200 they did not cancel flight ticket as requested so we could rebook then tried to charge us half again to rebook after the fact. This caused me to cancel my wedding plans because they took all the money to get my fiance to our home

They are big $#*! scammers I bought 5 tickets from here to texes and they took my money and didn't give my seats so called them and they said that they can't give my money back I get that they can't give it back because of their policy but when I had payed for the tickets they didn't even give my seat number and just took my money in my opinion their every unprofessional and are big $#*! scammers
