After my bad experience with Roal Solaris hotel, Travomint could not make a refund but reassured me they will take 40% off my next trip and they confirmed this in an email. I will update this review when and after I book my trip at 40%off

We contacted Travomint and spoke to Mr. Vincent and were very happy with his prompt responses and replies. In a matter of minutes we were able to book two international flight tickets and at a very cheap rate as compared to the sites. I would recommend calling their office directly and booking tickets for discounted fare. Vincent was very helpful indeed.

I booked my ticket from Travomint from New York to Delhi and got the cheapest fare and when i called i spoke to Agent Martin Cruz he help me to give the free seat and meal and wheelchair for my mom and dad, They have best customer service.

They showed some price but after paying the amount they waited for 2hrs just to say "Sorry ma'am, Airlines increased the price. Can't provide you the ticket". I spoke to the executive named Pawan. He came up with the solution I booked another airlines flight for you but it's 2000 rs extra. When I checked the price at one of the reputed company website it was cheaper by 1000 rs. No solution provided. Money got blocked for next 15days.

Lost my money through this scam site that was pushed to me by skyscanner. When you make a payment, they send you a "booking failed" notice. It puts up all kind of confusing messages like "payment has failed" "airline could not complete booking" "please wait for customer service to contact you" etc. After you wait for a while and book again elsewhere, they send you a confirmation out of the blue, and double book you. Then predictably refuse to cancel, event though the airline shows it as cancellable.

Travomint is best user friendly site as I never thought Travel agency services are also too good.
Manoj literally took so much effort and time to explain and customize the via cities tickets to the last minute details.

Don't, I repeat don't ever book from this site. These people are fraud. They made you pay more for tickets and pay less to airlines. On website, no where mentioned of hidden charges which they charge later on when you confront them. And talk rudely and arrogantly.

They are legit. Booked the wrong flight and they gave me a full refund and applied it towards the next flight. Customer service is great.

The worst agency EVER! If you want completely RUIN your trip - buy tickets through them.
I bought ticket from Miami to New York through this agency. Before purchase it, i asked in the "customer support" chat if carry-on bag is included in the ticket - they answered me "you still didn't purchase the ticket, you need to finish your purchase". I was like - excuse me, I'm asking a question about this ticket before percussion it. They said "yes, a carry-on bag is included in your ticket". I bought the ticket, added it in the app of airlines and something didn't feel right. I called straight to the airlines and asked them about carry-on bag. The airlines representative answered that no, carry-on bag is not included on this ticket, only a personal item. And you can't add it in the future. You can add only check-in bag.
I texted to the agency, they told me - we will look into this, we will follow back in 24 hrs. Nobody called in a day, nobody did in 2 days. I reached them out again. They said, oh yeah, we need to listen to your call to see if we were wrong. And I told them before that we communicated by chat. So, obviously, nobody was trying to "look into the situation".
After that I reached out to them again. And again - nobody answered. When they call themselves to ask for another "24 hrs" - the guy sounded irritated as hell, he talked to me extremely disrespectfully and hung up on me while I was talking. And every time it was like a start from the beginning. So nobody does ANYTHING to fix the situation! Extremely unprofessional "travel agency". They are not able to handle their own mistake.

And for the record - I need a carry-on bag - because of the health condition. I have medicine and medical equipment to carry with me, that is bigger than personal item. So, nobody refunds my money because of their mistake! They treated me very badly and were disrespectfully on the phone. This experience was just a nightmare! BE AWARE!

Already booked my flight for New York CIty but on the day travel i couldn't catch my flight and when i tried to call the support it was being on hold for a long time. So, I looked for another way of changing flight to my location, I called Travomint and got better assistance for making all changes with my flight. Thank You Travomint...

Please do not issue tickets through Travomint. Because of their technical issue, I had to pay more amount despite issuing the ticket 1 day prior. It is very risky to book a ticket from Travomint.

The great deal I had by travomint and good support service I received while doing booking stuff and cleared all my query. They arranged everything was perfectly fine and I faced no issue and was a perfect trip for me. Keep up the good work. Thanks

Allow me let you know how remarkable professional travel is. Whilst traveling, i obtained a textual content from the airline saying my flight became behind schedule. I was going to miss my connection, so i referred to as travomint and the agent switched my flight to attach thru a specific city. When I arrived on the gate, that flight changed into behind schedule! I known as once more, and the agent switched me to a specific airline, connecting via a unique town, and that i got to my final vacation spot without a troubles. All the different passengers on my formerly booked flights had been scrambling to make different arrangements on their very own, even as i made a easy phone call and travomint treated it for me. How amazing, and pressure-loose.

Really very competitive fares, executives are also very helpful and available all time whenever you need assistance... Will book my future tickets with you only. Keep it up guys

I booked my ticket in April 2022, and it didn't processed from airline. I m following with them from last 6 months, every time they are saying we will come back after internal validation. Even I have submitted my ak documents they asked like cancelled cheque for refund two months back but getting same resoone

I have booked cheap flight ticket from Washington dc to San Jose California. It involved different airlines and multiple stops. The gentleman from (Travomint) who helped me with the booking flight tickets, was courteous and patient in looking for the different flights that would best meet my needs. All in all it was extremely positive. I trust they can keep up their incredible work far into the future... Thanks Travomint expert team.

Initially didn't receive any booking confirmation but after the help of customer support personnel i. E. Sonia, received my ticket.

Ticket booking has never been my thing. It is the scariest process as you need to know a lot of rules and regulations. Travomint made it easy for me. Now I don't need to mug up their rules. I loved the simple and easy ticket booking process.
