I have been using this product since 2009. Lately I was having issues with my device as it would not seem to work anymore. I contacted them, and spoke to tech support. It has obviously been out of warranty for a long time, so I wasn't expecting much. Right away, they offered to remote on my computer to trouble shoot my logger. To my surprise, it took them a few minutes and it was fixed. While they were online, they took time to explain a few features I was not aware of, and they literally gave me a crash course on the best practice. They made me realize this thing had been in all kinds of weather in my car for over 13 years. Anyway, I was ready to buy a new one as this one did its job well above its initial value. I will be honest, I asked them if I owe them anything for the support. They replied, "Please tell people about us, and we will be happy."
I have a few cars for my business and we used to have triplogik in all cars. Believe it or not, after 1 year or 1.5 years, all were not working. Not one but all 5. I loved that product but there is no way we are able to connect with the company. I saw reviews that they said the customer service is great. Please contact them and try to talk with them before you buy. A great idea of product with an expiration date.

I purchased a Mileage logger, and had some problem understanding how to make it work.
I was impressed how fast they responded and how quick they got me up and running

The actual unit works somewhat - doesn't do the switch from business to personal very well. If you don't have to use the software to do any tracking of information you may be able to use it without too many problems, but I have to track all the trips in a day and I get kicked out of the software at least 25-30 times. To do what should take a few minutes takes me hours and it is the most frustrating task I have to do to track the kilimoters for business and personal use.
