Trish McEvoy

I ordered a few item 2/28 and was charged on that day for the items. Today 3/12 I did chat on their site saying where are my items. They responded that my items will be in on Monday and will get shipped out then. What kind of company charges for an item that they don't have in stock for two weeks but immediately charge the customer? Very disappointed!

I bought only a couple of items here and I really like them. The service is good and the prices are ok.

After all this, two days ago I got an email from Trish McEvoy saying my order had been shipped, six weeks after I ordered it. But, in clicking on the USPS shipment link I discovered...that the order hasn't shipped.

Weirdly, even though Trish McEvoy shared a link for a USPS shipment, that link showed no shipment. But, as it turns out, the company sent my product via Fedex and my product arrived yesterday, six weeks late. I guess better late than never.

This is the worst customer/shipping service I've encountered in a long time.

As far as I might be concerned, it was a straightforward and advantageous bit of leeway. Since I have visited your site, you are great, however your client care isn't acceptable.

Blackberry & Vanilla Musk. I would not recommend buying this fragrance unless you have it in your hands and can check the quality on site. I ordered an expensive gift set directly from the company. When it arrived. The lotion was divine. So delicious. The perfume however smelt of alcohol and burnt tires. No fruit, no vanilla notes at all. I asked for an immediate refund. Customer service just defended how well selling it is and how they have not received other complaints. Now I have to go through the hassle of shipping it back to get a refund. Definitely dissappointed.

I love the Instant Eye Lift. I was introduced to it at a Trish McEvoy make over session earlier this year. The artist applies it under the eye and down to about bottom of nose in a triangle ( point down) the blends with a soft makeup brush. You will not believe the difference. Do one eye only and see the difference. It's so good. I will keep returning to their site to buy it again and again. Bought one for each sister too, and now they are hooked!

After inquiring about an order that was placed 8 days previously, I was ensured it would be DELIVERED the very next day. It is three days later and it is still not here. FedEx tracking indicates it will be here in two more days AND that they received the shipping label request the very same day I inquired about the shipment. Maybe the product will be worth it, but I will not buy straight from the site again. I understand everyone is short staffed, my issue is the obvious lie about the anticipated deliver date. They should have been honest and said they had not had a chance to send the item out yet, that would have given me time to order from somewhere else. Now I am short a requested gift for my daughter.

After seeing Trish McEvoy on HSN I bought the Eye Base Essentials on their website. This stays on all day and doesn't end up in the creases. Perfect to even out the color under shadow or stand alone for a barely there but finished look. Better than Bobbi Brown due to its staying in place power. Better than Smashbox, which is too yellow for my taste. This one is perfect and it works!

I had been using another well known cosmetic name for their eyelid primer, for years and loved it. Someone suggested the Trish McEvoy one to me, so I thought I would try it. Oh my, what a difference! My eye shadow really does stay on all day! I have oily lids and I just did not think that was even possible. It really is the best, and this is my now new best product!

I use Trish McEvoy products quite a lot. Since her husband is a dermatologist, I trust the skincare. They don't hurt my skin and the make up coverage is light and nice for summer, doesn't feel heavy. Best skin line products I have ever used.

Love their products! And the services. I enjoyed three little presents they send with your purchase. Lat time I've got beauty booster lip gloss as a present and not it is one of my favourites, the color and the flavor. Looks very natural, though there are little sparckles. Sexy petal is perfect for casual makeup. Absolutely love it!

I am time on this site so I was very worried whether it is a good site but I must say the staff is friendly and helped to choose the right products, the order came on time. I want to order another such set as a gift for a girlfriend and I think she will like it.

Trish McEvoy never fails--- love this product line and will buy again and again! Online they offer free shipping on purchases over $50, which mine always is. I also love the little gifts with purchase I get with every order!
