I tried to place an order for their Face/Beard cleanser back when they were the Red Achor Supply company, and since they were "transitioning" to a new website, they did not receive it, nor did they respond to my many efforts to contact them for FOUR months. I had to send multiple messages, and finally they had (fill in the blank) excuse for the long delay, and promised they'd send me a free bottle (totally free of charge) for the inconvenience. I waited... and waited... for another month and got NOTHING. The last 2 times I emailed them, no response again. Nothing received. I now feel regretful that I even wasted my time trying to buy something from them. I just feel duped. It did look like they had cool products, but for a willing, paying customer I at LEAST expect some honest communication and the products that I am promised. It ended up being a terrible experience.
