Csnt believe the audacity of this company. I ordered teo simple orange peelers from Tupperware online last year becomes the covid anx they necer sent them! When I called them they said due to covid wer ees not mailing things for, awhile. I ordered pre- covid so this shouldn't happen then here it is almost a year alrer6and no item. They tipped me off. Buyer beware using Tupperware online services
I asked if I could get a product from their website. The customer service person said I had to find a representative. I live in the boondocks, I wanted the product shipped to me. When I asked if there was alternative to finding a rep, I never got a response.
Additionally, when you log into their live chat, you'll get the standard "we're busy" message. Three times I saw that I'd be live with a representative in "0 minutes and 29 seconds." And it was far longer than that before they posted another 0 minute message.
I'll find another product.

Never got the product's. I ordered a simple two orange peelers and never got them. When I called to ask where they were they said due to covid their delayed on shipping evdn though I told them I ordered way before covid and here it is a year later and drill no orange peelers that would help with my arthritic and carpal tunnel hands
.they never refunded me either
