AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is nothing like International DHL, they are terrible, cost our small business over £5000 in lost consignments. They often deliver in 2-3 days not 24 hours like advertised. I would hate for anyone else to loose out- use a proper service like DPD instead for your small business

I had a delivery arrive while i was out the parcel needed to be signed for so what did the delivery guy do leave a parcel behind my gate in the front garden and signed for the parcel him/her self i have contacted the company twice but am still waiting a reply which i am not really expecting

I had a shipment come in from Poland, although it started as a DHL shipment, UK mail took over in the UK and promptly lost the parcel for 2 weeks... just a total disaster area

I did order something from amazon. I was waiting at home for my parcel, unfortunately didn't come. Same evening received a massage -sorry.we have missed you. Really? Next day I was waiting outside my flat. The driver came. Didn't try to look for my flat (big development but with clear numbers). He didn't try to leave any massage for me. I approached him and ask him which number he is looking for? He said my number. MUST BE A JOKE.HE DIDN'T TRY TO FIND MY FLAT AND HE WAS READY TO LEAVE. I THINK SOMEONE should do something about it. Looks like delivery job is the most difficult one or they must be stupid. SHAME!

I am housebound and disabled and UK Mail left three cards in my door of failed deliveries but they did not even knock my door and ignored my message stuck on my door to knock loudly and wait five minutes I will get there. I phoned the Customer Services and gave the references on the cards they said the cannot deliver then I have had to ask the company I bought one of my parcels from to get them to bring it back today and actually knock the door! The Customer Service Department does not answer the telephone I have been trying all morning the email I tried to send just crashed on their website they have three of it my Xmas shopping parcels and they are uncontactable be phone or email I have paid for these things and they say they cannot deliver them I hope UK mail see this review since they have made it impossible for me to contact them and if I do not get all three parcels today reference numbers: *******, ******* and ******* I am contacting the P O L I C E regarding theft of my property by UK Mail!
