Purchased shoes as a Christmas gift. Arrived after 3 weeks, not a UK company as the name implies, they where sent from China. Although the size guide indicated a size 11 they are too small. I have requested an exchange only to be told that you only have 7 days from the date the item arrives to exchange. They will not refund. The company has correspondence in 3 names;- moresafe.us, Ukoutlet, Buy more. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY OF THESES COMPANIES.
