The wig above is what I ordered. The wig Delivered was 1/ Different Style. 2/ Different Colour... 3/ Didn't Fit... 4/ Made of Poor Quality... They WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY... They make every excuse under the sun. Unfortuntley I didn't read the reviews, as they promised refund and I trusted that. After reading reviews on them on different sites, all the customers give the same complaints. I sent 15 EMAILS to them. They offer from 10% to 15% refund of the total of the wig you purchased, and offer to give you another wig at a discounted price? So you fork out more money and stuck with original mop (that's all it's good for). Please do your homework They rely on exhusting you and giving up. Please see the photo of wig I ordered and what got delivered. I now have Paypal following up on my refund. I can't see it being resolved. Go somewhere u can be fitted and know what your buying... sorry the photos came out sideways. But you can clearly see not what is advertised. Also was beautifully packed. BUT NO PAPER WORK COMES WITH IT. So you don; t know which country it comes from. I have since found out they are based in China but have sub business in other parts of the world.

I have ordered from this company on at least 5 occasions. They are never quick shippers and I have had to wait weeks for shipping with no updates from them. I have had to reach out via phone and email asking for shipment dates. I always wait the allotted time on the website before I bother to make sure it's not lost. I have only received replies twice and never the day I inquired. Each time I tell myself I won't order from them again and then I finally receive my products and they are really good. Then they reel me back in with a 30% off sale and I'm an idiot again. So, nice products if you don't care what month you get them and don't care if they take your money right away but take ages to deliver. Most reputable companies preauthorize the amount but don't actually charge it until the products ship. I won't fall for it again. I've attached 2 pics, one is currently pending after 8 days and counting(website states ships in 3-5). The other pic was order that took about a month and a half with me having to reach out 6 times and finally insisting they ship what they had and ship the rest later because if you want to cancel it a min of $5 or 15% restocking for something they have even stocked or shipped even if it's their fault!
