This review happens to be about my terrible experience shopping with this company. I ordered 2 Sunmax 900A blowers, one arrived defective. The motor assembly had pulled out of the orange plastic housing, rendering the blower useless. The box it was shipped in had absolutely zero signs of mishandling. I emailed the company twice over the span of a month, with no response. I opened a dispute with PayPal and immediately the company responded offering a full refund if I sent BOTH blowers back in unused condition... on my dollar. I bought 2 blowers for the free shipping. Go read their return policy... damaged goods are to be handled with NO PENALTY. Spending $200 of my own money to ship both blowers back, and also risking a partial refund, I had to cancel the dispute with PayPal. I am not angry at receiving a defective blower, as these things happen, but this business does not give a crap about customer satisfaction. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS!
