Just waited for 49 minutes to get an update on a family member that was admitted to the emergency room last night. Seems a bit excessive don't you think? Finally, after the long wait, I get an excuse that there is construction going on in the facility and the nurse taking care of our family member will have to call back since we're in shift change. Wonder when the nurse will call back? Seriously? I think you have some work to do. Thank you.

Stay away from this back stabbing institution. Management does not care about the patient, only money. The culture is diabolically set to dupe the patient to think they are getting good care but in reality they make up diagnosis' to increase billing and take the patient for an unethical immoral ride. Stay away from this healthcare facility if you value your health and life.
