I have used this site several times and I always get a good service. They did send the wrong item on my last order but when I contacted them they sent the right item the next day with a free return. Good customer service!
Ordered red parasol on Sunday. Monday received email saying that the red was sold out but it hadn't shown up on website. Not a good start. Rang to discuss other colours, decided on Teal. Was told I'd just missed free collection from warehouse so parasol wouldn't be collected til Tuesday and it might not arrive before midday Friday when I needed it. Decided to pay £6.99 for next day delivery. At 7.31am a DHL delivery van was outside but after only a quick knock by the time I opened the door the van was moving off. I was upstairs and allowed no time to get to the door. Parasol was not left in a safe place or with a neighbour as their site states. Had the rigmarole of having it redelivered which it was earlier. Parasol looks good and hopefully will stop me getting sunburnt, BUT if you want next day delivery look elsewhere. This isn't the first time that DHL haven't allowed enough time for a door to be answered (I do not have walking problems) so I paid £6.99 for next day delivery when it wasn't, so beware.

On buying a windproof umbrella from this company, the first time I used it it blew insideout.
I got in touch with the company for a refund, waste of time I was given the run around, but no refund.
