I had ordered from the sister in the past and gotten nice things... sometimes it took a long time to get, but they were nice. This last order was a nightmare. She now works primary from FaceBook. She sent me a paypal invoice and I paid it. A month later I didn't have anything. We communicated via facebook and she said that she didn't have that fabric after all but had sets ready in other colors. So I said that one of those was ok. When I got it, it was nothing like the sets I had ordered before. The hijab part was much smaller ( about 2/3 the size) and only had 1 stripe of trim on one side instead of 2 stripes of trim on both sides. The niqab only had one stripe of trim on the head band and was that rounded bottom that I didn't want.

When I contacted her she said just send it back... at that point I didn't have very much faith that I would get a refund or a replacement. I had already waited a month. Instead I said that I didn't hate it and just wanted a good faith credit because it was not what I ordered. No, she does not do that. I kept asking and finally agreed to just send it back. I asked for the address and got nothing. I thought it was only right to warn others so I posted on her FB page that the quality was not as good as it used to be. She blocked me, said mean things to me and called me a liar.

I ordered some niqabs from ummniqaab.com, but was disappointed by how she handled everything. I put my order in on a monday, paid for it through paypal on a tuesday. I took 3 weeks to finally get my order. I kept calling her saying I haven't received my order, until I told her I was going to put a complaint in with paypal and I got my order quick after that. I will never order from her again.

As Salaamu Alaikum ladies... I recently have received an UPDATE on the where abouts of this woman, she is currently located in MICHIGAN. Probably under another NAME. But if you know anyone who lives in Michigan and is selling NIQAABS it is probably HER! She is also married! Let FBI know about her! She needs to be taught a lesson in my opinion.

I am still shocked and disapoined that i didn't get my order in about 3 months now. Now i can't even visits the website.

I ordered somethings from Ummniqaab i loved them, i got them on time and i ordered more, and then somemore, and for you miss April if you have notthing good to say then say notthing at all. By the will of ALLAH you will get your order. My name is Jamilah

I wish that i had found this site a month ago when i ordered from this sister. A couple of people from facebook recommended her. I saw her site i thought all the stuff on there looked GREAT!. Saddly i made 2 orders with this sister. One on my card & the other on my husbands card. Right off the bat she double charged both cards. I had to call her to fix it. So then she told me my orders would be sent within the next week. 2 weeks passed i never heard from her or got my orders. I inboxed her & msg'd her numerous times with no answer from her at all. I caught her on one of her status's on facebook. I asked her did she have the correct address to send my things to me, she said yes & that she had actually sent it off the week before. Okay so 2 weeks more pass. Nothing. I decide to call her because i had ordered them for the conference coming up & i needed my orders, The first time i called her, she said call me back in a hour, so i waited 2 1/2hrs i called her back. She said ill call you right back in 5min. So i was beginning to feel like she was ducking me,. I was getting pretty MAD. So i had my mother call her. In which she got pretty nasty over the phone. But informed my mother that she had shipped it THAT DAY. Smh. After telling me for weeks that she had already shipped it out. Its safe to say, I will never order from her again && i will also advise sisters not to order from this sister. Its islamically worng to do business this way.

I have ordered products from this sister in March 2011, and still have not received the items. Her number, *******583 is disconnected and she has not tried to contact me. She is rumored to be relocating... from 1119 Mediterranean Ave, Atlantic City, NJ with no forwarding address. (You can use this as her last known address when you file complaints with the police, FBI, and any other consumer agency.)

If any sister has previously ordered from her, I would suggest you file a police report using the above information and contact your Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. I would like to tell you that i am very disappointed with your 'work' ethic, or lack of.
I was soo happy to meet you, you were so nice and accommodating when i first placed my order with you nearly 4 months ago at the Quran and Sunnah conference in Newark NY. I trusted you, i gave you $75.00 Cash (thinking that you we're a God fearing person). It has been 4 months and still, nothing. You don't even have the decancy to call me and atlest give me an excuse as to what happened...
You promised me I would get my 'custom-made Abaya' before Eid, and I got nothing. First 2 months you just disappeared and had your son 'deal' with me. And then when you finally decided to take my calls you kept telling me to wait till the weekend 'I should be getting it'. The only thing i got from 'Umm Niqaab' was a run around. I am very very disappointed and you should be VERY ashamed of yourself! LA HAWLA WALA QUWATA ILLAH BILLAH

I order niqaabs and the long hooded kemar set she sent what she wanted send with strings hanging from the kemar and the eye slit was so wide it was like a clown smile and when i called her up with humility stating that i did not order what you sent, I stated why are you trying to act as though i am crazy i know what i ordered and her response to that was you are crazy! Allahu Musta'aan AstaughFirlaah i never met her in person a day in my life spoke to her on the phone(But she called me crazy***) she will make you so interested in her things now keep in mind she is our Muslim sister that is wripping us off, with no regards that Allah is Al-Muntaqim the Avenger and thru Him all battles end in a victory.
