I ordered a smart robot for cats from this side after seeing a Facebook advert. The product cost only 40USD or so and stated it was a cat toy that would return to its charging station when needed. Delivery 7-12 days in time for Christmas. About a week before Christmas, the order still was at pending and I decided to cancel it. Customer service did not respond and the next day it suddenly went to dispatched. There was even a tracking number, but it was invalid. Between Christmas and new year I then got an email saying it had been dispatched, and today the package finally arrived, but not what I ordered. Instead of the robot, there was a cheap 5USD loudspeaker packed in a bubble pack envelope.
