www.unforgettabletvshows.com - I just want to warn others about this website I ordered from called unforgettabletvshows.com. First of all what I ordered from them was a gift for my mom and I placed the order in plenty enough time to have it before the party. Now it wasn't all their fault in me not getting it on time, which brings me to FedEx. I hate shopping so anytime I have to I usually do it on-line, and anytime I find out that they are sending it via FedEx, I get this sick feeling in my stomach because I have never once had a good experience with them. It has always been a complete nightmare. Either my packages are very late or they lose it all together which is the case right now (so use either UPS or regular postal mail). I have been in contact with unforgettbletvshows.com many times through e-mail (because they won't list their phone number or address on their site) and they have been somewhat rude in their replys back to me each time. They told me last week on Sept. 30th that they would re-send my order this week. After I sent them a nice e-mail today to see if it had been shipped and how they shipped it, they respond back that they haven't shipped it and that they will ship it next week. They have a great website with great prices and I was hoping to do business with them again sometime but after this experience it's highly unlikely. This first time experience with them makes me feel like they don't appreciate my business and that I don't matter. I have already been charged for this merchandise and they are definitely not going out of their way to make this right. I discourage anybody from doing business with a place like this. The Fact that they won't even give a phone number or address for this company on their website should have been a first clue for me. They probably don't list it because of all the complaints they must get.
