We are located in a highly competitive market and have been referred twice in the last six months by Union Member Services.org both for relocation services both times everything went well; I also wanted to mention that our search rankings have been increased since being linked to their website. I initially invested just because of the Union affiliation but there is a value there.

I was called by someone claiming to be a "Member of the Labor Union" her name is Teresa and she wouldn't share her last name the number she called from *******684. When I told her I was looking at their reviews she became very hostile and was saying rude remarks. I told her what the reviews were I was reading after she was trying to convince me to give her $240 to claim the country and it was a 12 month commitment. This is a total scam and Teresa is very rude. When I explained to her acting like a federal employee or Labor Union employee is a punishable crime she hung up

I purchased two ad placements from Brandon *******980 in August 2015. One in Multnomah county, they told me had 150,000 members and One in Washington County, which had 108,000 members. I'm all about supporting our union members. Now it's 1/4/2017. In 1.5 yrs, I haven't received a single call from any union member.
This was a complete waste of money and would not recommend anyone else to Union News. I called Union News about 6 mos ago to get some feedback. The company never called me back.

Your not affiliated with any Labor Unions. Every employee with Union News works from home from there computer cold calling innocent individuals who get duped into throwing away hard earned money. While Patrick Kelly comfortably sits in Colorado Springs spending your hard earned money, we are stuck out here with false hope. You may get 10 million views, but that's from all your Cold calling. Results don't lie. From coast to coast you suck and have not delivered.

I bought $500 1 year add for both AK & WA states from Wayne Russell Union News LLC. His contact & email dose not work and disconnected.
I am very upset about this! Paid $500 and no service no add on site about my business. This is a fraud! I had to pay the payments out of my checking account because they do not accept credit card.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UNION NEW ORG it is FRAUD & SCAM!

This is a total ripoff. I paid $240 for a year. The sales person is unbelievably smooth and I was so conned. Lesson learned. When I went in to update my information, the website was gone. I just went in again and the website is there, but I'm not even listed. I tried to dispute this on the credit card and they are giving me a hard time. It looks like I will be changing credit cards, too. Don't fall for it!

I too fell victim to the sales tactics in October of 2015. Cost me $240 for nothing! No ad anywhere! I knew in my gut not to do it but... for some reason, I did it anyway. I had Sherry Wilson call me from *******284. In all fairness, I have left her and Union News a message to contact me. We shall see what happens.

I suggest that you consider giving your $240 to guy cleaning windshields at the stoplight. At lease you see where your money went & you will have a friend.

Nothing but terrible things to say about this company. Not sure if they are even real. Colin Coughlin *******880 (now disconnected) called me to set up my profile. I thought I would give it a shot since he lied to me and named other mortgage advisors that I know who he said signed up for the program. They never put my info up, Colin then "left" the company and I was given a webmaster email to go through. Myra responded to my request and said she would upload and guess what nothing happened. I have reached out 3 more times, no response. So I am now going to dispute the charge and prob report them to the BBB. Oh and as of this morning the website would not work. Don't give money to them, even if they are a real advertising site for labor unions, they are terrible at what they do.

I got a call in December of 2014 about buying ad space on their website. I was told all about their traffic stats, their affiliations with unions, etc. Was told they represent over 100,000 active union members that visit their site. I was doing real estate part time on nights and weekends so I thought, cool let's do this. I built a profile, got the ad up there and nothing every happened. A year later without so much as a single contact I decided to do some research and see what was wrong.

Their page ranks, site traffic, everything I was told was a complete lie. Their daily traffic is so low Follow can't even rank it. In addition, I've found countless other reviews from people that have been completely ripped off by these scammers. They may be a legit business on paper, but these people are selling absolute lies and they know it.

Anyways I was able to find the owners cell number online on his facebook page and called him directly because I obviously was getting no where by calling Union News. He picked up, and seemed pretty shocked I was able to find his number. I'm a pretty resourceful internet sleuth lol. I told him I'd simply like a prorated refund of the remaining year of ad time, or $120 of the $240 because I was dissatisfied. I was very polite and game him the facts that I thought some of the stuff I was told during the sale was incorrect and only wanted a prorated refund which I think in hindsight was honestly being TOO reasonable, especially after reading how many other people these guys have ripped off. This guy continued to give me the run around so I said fine I'll just dispute the entire charge with my credit card company. He laughed and hung up on me. So I disputed the charge and got my whole $240 back. These guys are low life fraudsters don't fall for it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy ad space, don't visit their website, don't do anything to help these criminals.

Do yourself a favor. Just call the sponsors on the site and you will hear for yourself the results firsthand. Also call the local labor halls and you will see they have never heard of union news, nor do they use his services. Also there seems to be no Jasmine advertising with union news, more than likely this is Brandon Tyler responding as someone else.

Brandon Tyler was my roommate. I worked for Brandon a year, he never paid any or reported any taxes. Then I started doing research, only to find out Union NEws.org was a huge scam. He is an alcoholic. From morning to night he drinks. That's a fact. That's why I quit. Because Brandon is scammer and a big POS loser. If you ask ANY union member or Union Hall about the Union News you will get all the same response. Never heard of them. Your not helping Union Members. The labor Unions only have 1 source for labor news and that is ran through the AFL CIO. I'm not the only one leaving reviews. Plenty of other people are. There is 0 Union affiliation. If you call any sponsor, from florida to California to Washington they have all recieved the same results. That's proof no one uses your services. Brandon has been scamming people for awhile. If you look on Ripoff Report and you search Brandons name you'll see the reviews of him and his old con man partner Howard brandwein. Brandon used to be a big player with the Union resource center and several other labor union websites. I do not work for any other company that would be trying to steal your competition. People need to know the truth. UNION NEWS IS A SCAM, AND ANYONE WORKING FOR THE COMPANY IS SELLING A SCAM TOO. Don't listen to me, do your own research. Start calling your local labor halls, ask if they use Union News or any of their products. Ask if they have even heard of them. Call a union member you may know, and ask if they have heard of or use Union News, call any sponsor from florida to ohio to Texas to California in any job field area realtor, insurance mortgage etc. Your going to get the same results from each source you check. Union News is bogus. Don't take it from me, take it from the Union Members and Sponsors. Plain and simple

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ADVERTISE. NO UNION AFFILIATION. EVERY DOLLAR YOU INVEST GOES STRAIGHT IN HIS POCKET, INTO THE NEAREST LIQUOR STORES HANDS. HE IS A DRUNK.

Got the call a little over a year ago and signed up. This is the best money I've ever spent to advertise. I've had many clients from this and they just keep on coming! I'm definitely going to sign up again when it's time.

Unfortunately for me I researched after I committed. I am the daughter, niece, granddaughter, sister of many union members and had been so excited to get the call from Robert Poulack. *******174. I bought the ad and then went home to tell my Dad all about it. I was shocked when he said he had never heard of it. I asked many other union members that I know and non had heard of this service. Then I called 3 local unions and non of them had heard of this service. I was not happy to hear this and quickly reached out to Robert and his supervisor, Paula Storbeck. I was told that they were aflliliated and Paula said she would have her boss call me and go over which unions they had contact with. Well that was November 2nd and I still to this day have heard nothing. I have sent several emails and have had 2 conversations with Paula. Every time we talk she let's me know that I will not be getting a refund and that they are a legitimate company and that her boss is a stand up guy who is just going through a family crisis now. I am completely understanding of the family situation which is why I have been patiently waiting to hear from him. Today she finally responded to 3 emails that I have sent over the last 2 months with "These email's are being forwarded to my boss".

I was lied to by Robert and led to believe that there was local affiliation with unions. When I brought this to Paula; s attention she said she would review the recorded conversation and then coach him if needed but I would still receive no refund.
Please, please do not spend your hard earned money on this. My ad has been up for 3 months and no calls. $500 later and no one from their company can explain any affiliation with any union near me. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU INTO BELIEVING THIS IS SOMEWAY SUPPORTING YOUR LOCAL UNION MEMEBERS! You can call me personally. I have plenty of documentation of my communication, or lack there of with this organization.

This Sam fella is a corporate stalker. An ex 1099 employee who is now trying to compete with our site. I have worked for Union-News.org for a long time and this SMEAR campaign could happen to any one in business! Go ahead try to remove this kind of malicious crap from the INTERNET. Even these lies and personal attacks cannot be removed!

We have been doing the advertising side of Union News since 2009. Do you see hundreds of complaints like a real scam? NO! You see one pitiful corporate stalker, disgruntled ex-employee, who is now trying to compete with us... Don't believe him!

Seriously, $10 a month for advertising? He can say what he wants but I have NEVER pulled the wool over MY customers eyes, every customer of mine has my direct number if they need changes or help, I return every call and so do my co-workers; and I am proud of our program.

Haters hate; and on the INTERNET and on sites like this you can't take garbage "down." I am here to defend what we do... Sam Z and anonymous J? The same guy! We can't even track this stalker down? We are trying to find this guy and we can't. You can find me and my co-workers anytime! Who is the scammer? Usually the one you CAN'T track down!

I am a teacher and I would like to share that a majority of my friends are union members, primarily Iron Workers, Firefighters, and Police Officers, I know for a fact they go to this site daily for National & Local Union News. I also know that they use this site exclusively when it comes to shopping insurance rates, finding a real estate agent, and (or) financial planner. I was very shocked to see that someone would attempt to slander this company and the individuals who work on this newspaper, this person should be ashamed of themselves, there really should be a way to remove comments like these that are obviously false. Good job to the Union News people and keep up the good work!

Tip for consumers:
I am not sure what it costs to advertise on this site. But after looking through some of the advertisements in my local county, and If I were in the type of business that these union members were seeking out, this would definitely be the site I would be more than happy to place an ad with.

I have been with this company for years, and it is a good form of advertising. I have closed many deals in real estate and so have my mortgage lender. It is totally worth the $240 to get 2 years with them, I will continue to renew my sponsorship with www.union-news.org
