Had no problems with getting the package, it arrived in a timely manner. I ordered a wig. The wig is alright. Not the best I've gotten, but it looks cute and is good for the price! Can't speak for the circle lenses, though.

I spent $50 on four pairs of contacts and the shipping got messed up so they were sent back to the seller before ever being in my hands. They refuse to send me new ones unless I pay 50% of my order plus shipping when I had free shipping beforehand anyways. When I asked for a refund they will not let me have it until it's "returned" even though I see the tracking number and it's being returned. They said it could take up to SIX MONTHS to refund. Their customer service was also very rude. Go buy from Ttdye or PinkyParadise, I've always had good experiences with them.

Don’t use it. Go to PinkyParadise or Ttdeye. I’ve always had good service with them.

My contact lenses didnt arrived after nearly 2 months. I kindly asked the customer support for help. They ghostet me first. After 2 weeks of no proper answer I gave them a Bad Review. After that Uniqso harassed and insulted me multiple times. They answer like little spoiled Kids not like adults in a decent job! They even had the audacity to cancel all my preorders without permission. This is a very shady side

Buy somewhere else

Tried to order a few items from them, got confirmation of my order and saw it appear on my credit card statement. The next day got an email saying my order was canceled, no explanation as to why. When I reached out to support I got an automated response asking me for information I provided in my original support request, and have not heard from them since. For some reason the refund they gave me was also less than the amount I originally paid, which is confusing. I really just wanted my items, so to have it canceled for no reason, and not receive any support or explanation was really disappointing for a supposedly trustworthy company.

Think twice before ordering if you actually want to receive anything, and be warned that if you do get something and theres a problem with it, you most likely wont receive any support.

Just got a message from DHL asking for 64 pounds VAT and tax! We were not aware the warehouse is not in the UK, and the customer service basically doesn't exit, they don't respond to email at all, and have zero intention to solve any problem, as long as they have your money... it is indeed the worst experience ever!

June 12th I filled out your support contact form in regards to order #*******, ordered 05.17, shipped 05.23. I said I still didn't receive the contacts, last shipping update was 05.24, and I wanted a refund because the reason I bought them was for a Hinata cosplay at my birthday party on that day (06.12).

Hi Dorothy, thank you for your email.
We apologize however we can see that the last tracking for the parcel was at the US FedEx facility on 24 May 2021. We will check this with the shipping company and will update you accordingly.

I don't want an update! As of today June 15th (ALMOST A WHOLE MONTH!), it still isn't here, and as I said I bought them for my Hinata cosplay for my birthday party on the 12th! It's obviously past the 12th and I just looked like a random ninja NOT Hinata… like I said y'all ruined my party, it's still not here… I WANT A REFUND NOW!

It is now the 20th and I haven't heard anything from anyone since the 14th! I STILL haven't received the contacts that I don't even want anymore! I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND! It's been almost a month since shipping, over a month since it was purchased, and 7 days & 2 emails with no reply!
I'm about to just say whatever… stop trying to contact you and just contact the BBB, leave reviews EVERYWHERE, and let ALL my followers know about how poorly your customer service is, how you guys are thieves stealing my money and not giving me a refund, how horrible this whole entire process was, how you guys ruined my party! At this point I need corporate's contact information!

It has now been a month and the contact we're just delivered to me today in HORRIFIC conditions! I have video proof of me opening the package as to not have anyone say I did anything to it! AND the label printed on the package is DATED JUNE 19TH! This didn't even get shipped till 06. 19. 21! The package was all busted up, one of the foil seals are messed up, the paper that was in there was crumpled and torn to the point where I couldn't even scan the QR code! I want my money back NOW! You can have your crappy product back, I don't need nor want these contacts?

First of all, we are sorry that you had an unpleasant shopping experience with us. However, we would like to clarify that your order was shipped on May 20th and reached US on May 23rd. It was then in US custom for import clearance process. It usually does not take that long for custom clearance but custom clearance is beyond our control as it is depending on US custom.
Secondly, we only received your email on June 12th which we have immediately contacted the shipping company regarding the parcel.
Thirdly, you mentioned that you received the parcel in bad condition. Please send the video to us so that we can request the shipping company to investigate the matter.

I don't want to do anything further until you give me instructions on how to return this and get my refund! Apologizing then sticking the blame on someone else is ridiculous, I don't accept! BECAUSE I EMAILED YOU GUYS SOOOOO MANY TIMES WITH ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION BACK! I just want a refund! I will send your product back (not paying for any shipping), then send you the video to do whatever investigation you want with whoever you want! Just give me my money!
