“Order incomplete”

I ordered 2 packs of the unna boot wrap which was suppose to be 3 per pack for a total of 6 but I only received 2 single boxes. I've sent email after email and all I get is someone from our team will contact within 48 hours. It's been 4 weeks now and nobody has contacted me. They sure were quick about taking the full amount of money for the order but can't seem to send the full order. What a lousy way to treat a customer. This place has no business being in business if they, 1 can't deliver product and 2 can't communicate with customers. Very immature and unprofessional! I do NOT recommend using this place for anything unless used as an example of what not to do and how not to treat customers.

I placed an order for some orthopedic sandals. I paid $114.15. I never received the sandals. I repeatedly requested a refund by emailing "customer support" and Sean Beshore (Founder and CEO). I never received a refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The business never responded to BBB's letter. My complaint is posted on the BBB website. The BBB gave this business an F rating. I see another complaint on the BBB website from someone who placed an order for medical supplies for the US Army and is waiting on a refund for $1574. 75 since 2012. Sean Beshore and the employees of United Health Supply (aka Exa-Med Commerce aka National Brace & Splint) ought to be ashamed of themselves.
