I love the shirts I got. We were them once, they are gift for my daughter who is graduating high school this year.
When i first contacted universitees, the lady assure me that it would only take a few weeks to print and that we just had to sell 25 in order to sell and make a profit for the fundraiser. 2 months later the design was denied with no explanation. Used our design from last year, and sold more than amount, only to be told this was only the number to print, and so she wouldn't be giving us any money for our fundraiser. Asking further questions, she just started ignoring me. Terrible experience and would suggest all student orgs stay away.

We explicitly said that we wanted to do a fundraiser for our organization and used University Tees to do so. Repeatedly, we said we want to do a fundraiser. After the transactions were complete, we asked where the money is to donate, and they said they do not remember discussing any fundraiser and all the money from the shirts is theirs. We have proof discussing fundraising opportunities with the company. They are a scam.
I ordered a T-shirt over a month ago and haven't received it. My PayPal was PROMPTLY charged. Given nothing but the run around. I do not recommend this business

I ordered things 3 weeks ago and it hasn't shown up yet. When I wrote an email to them all I got was a passive-aggressive response. They don't communicate when the product is coming at all. Also, my friend's order came and the quality isn't worth it. $#*! this place and $#*! there team!
I received the wrong size and have contacted customer service via email 2x's and voicemail also 2x's. I give up and hope people can find a better resource for their campus gear.
I ordered my product in the middle of April, It is almost June and I still don't have my order. I've been told it will not get to me by June 1st. They never sent me a tracking number or anything. It took them 5 seconds to take the money out of my account but far longer than 5 WEEKS to get me my order. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund as this situation is quite ridiculous, but I was told they can't cancel it and i'm $#*! out of luck. I feel as though they took advantage of me, especially during a global pandemic, that's pretty low. I would HIGHLY recommend nobody buy from this site. Terrible service and you might get scammed like I believe I have been.
I was working with a representative to place a sweatshirt order. Most sites like custom ink and fresh prints include shipping and tax in the per unit cost of the item and university tees does not. So, they would tell me the price and forget to mention that tax and shipping were also there. I find it shady and honestly a poor business practice. I do not recommend using them.
Had one of their reps contact me offering free artwork to be designed for shirts. Get it designed, pick the shirt colors, when the campaign dropped we only sold about 10 shirts. AFTER the orders were made and my members paid for the shirts they refused to give us the shirts until they got more money.
I asked why that was and they told me it was because the shirt color was very popular (knew that ahead of time) problem is the money was already taken (meaning a deal was already made) their rep had the audacity to tell me to cancel the shirt orders AFTER
I already went through the trouble to design the shirts and personally selling all those shirts. They wanted me to charge my club $40 PER SHIRT. I told them no one would purchase $40 shirts. I also had to personally hand-deliver each shirt to each person who bought one. They are extremely clueless and have no idea how to properly run a business, I highly recommend you use another shirt company.
I ordered an embroidered sweatshirt and when I received it the embroidery was awful and had irreversibly wrinkled the sweatshirt. It looked like a clearly rushed job and if any worker had actually looked at it before sending the whole problem could've been avoided. I had ordered it during finals so I was a little preoccupied studying and was unaware of their 14 days to complain policy. By the time I tried to right the situation the best they could say is 'mistakes happen' and wouldn't even give me a measly discount off my next purchase. But safe to say there won't be a next purchase; I am angry and frustrated that I spent so much money on an overpriced botched sweatshirt and had to put up with such rude customer service.
If I could rate then a zero I would. My sorority ordered shirts through University Tees, the shirts look like they are Youth Sizes and do not fit anyone. Paid $30 for shirts that will not fit anyone. Tried to contact customer support through the phone and kept getting a voicemail and never a call back. Tried through email and no response. Terrible company, terrible service, and a waste of money.
Not only are they terrible at getting back to you (after sending numerous emails, texts and phone calls I did not receive any response), but they are extremely incompetent as well. They sent us a T-shirt that a girl received with a hole in the pocket, an error that should've been checked before shipped. After contacting them about how they need to resend a new shirt to her address, they ignored my request for a change of address and shipped me a new shirt only to realize they shipped a short sleeve instead of a long sleeve. How difficult is it to make sure your products ship out with good quality and without error? And why am I not receiving any response back to them to send a new shirt or at the very least give this girl her money back? I will definitely NOT be recommending this company to ANYONE on campus. Our RSO will never order from them again and we will ensure the other RSO's on our campus will not make the same mistake that we made by ordering from them. Embarrassing company and customer service.
University Tees has consistently poor service. I ordered a shirt over 2 months ago that has still not even been shipped. They did not bother to let anyone on the order that it was delayed because they "ran out of shirts" until 3 weeks ago. They did not offer the option to cancel or any discounts on shipping. The same thing happened with an order from over a month ago. Furthermore, many people never get their orders. University Tees loses track of the number of people per order and many girls in my sorority are charged for a shirt that was received. This happens across the nation with my sorority. I strongly suggest you order through a different company if you want everyone to get their shirt in a reasonable time period.
