Poor quality hair. After a few washes it feels like straw, looks dry and dull. Prices have risen dramatically over the past two years. Not worth the money. If you write an honest review on their website that they do not like, they will remove it. They did this to me! You can find much higher quality toppers at better prices on other websites including ETSY.

I have been a loyal customer at Uniwigs for 5 years, since I started to lose my hair. LOL! I am a cancer patient also in California. And it is a so pleasant journey to neet UniWigs. Their hair toppers and wigs are in pretty nice quality with a better price compared with other big wig companies or local stores. Pretty a big fan to their Amber topper with bang. This topper saved my life, it can cover the receding front hairline. It brings my confidence back.

I brought the Upgrade Clare topper from Uniwigs recently and I was impressed by the quality and style once I received it this week. It's really amazing!

Great service. I bought a hair topper from an Advertisement named uniwigs, then I got a very bad hair piece. I called their customer service, and they said some other companies used their videos, and some days later I placed a hair topper uniwigs website, that one is much better.

I am very happy with my purchase with UNIWIGS. The price is reasonable. The quality of hair is amazing Feels so soft! I can tell it is made of real human hair. Straightening and curling it without any problem. Highly recommended this company!

I ordered Remy extensions the style Eartha. I use to buy extensions from a different company but noticed the quality declined so I decided to purchase from a different brand, Uniwigs. The extensions finally came in today and to my disappointment there was fake synthetic strands mixed in with real hair. At first I didnt notice until I took a picture with flash and saw super shiny pieces. I ripped one out and flat ironed it and sure enough it harden like plastic. This company has let me down.

Generally satisfied with this topper. I have not hair loss problem but I do have thin hair. I finally chose Claire Remy human hair topper from UniWigs as it seems to be the most classic one. How beautiful it is! I'm pretty satisfied with it.

This unit is amazing! Really nice wig and I love the lace and it's so soft, the color is so natural. I also like that it's not super full to the point or looks really fake. Will purchase again in the future!

I have been buying Uniwigs toppers for years, as I have alopecia. Initially I was fairly happy with the product and still have some of my older pieces that are in relatively good shape. However, in the last few years I have noticed that the prices have been gone way up, and the quality has plummeted. For example, the last few Clair toppers that I bought were very sparse in the back, and shedded constantly to the point where there was not much hair left in the back and what little hair there was broke off like dry straw. These last 2 toppers barely lasted 6 months! The quality is absolutely terrible! So, after 10 years, I have decided to no longer purchase toppers from this company, and strongly advise others to stay away from Uniwigs.

I bought the Bella hair topper in November 2020. Advertised as remy human hair. Super soft when I got it. Have taken very good care of it. No shampoo. Just soak in a sink with high quality conditioner like my other hair toppers. It is like straw. If it is human hair it is of very poor quality

I can speak about this company now that I've been a client for 1 year. I have 2 Claire toppers in Almond Frost, 2 in Cream Soda and 2 in Summer Shandy with Ashy Roots. I have 2 Upgrade Claire and 4 Upgrade Clair Plus products.

It doesn't matter what color you choose; they are all beautiful colors. The blonde shades all look good on me because they are such high quality. I have a very cool pale skin tone and I found that that the one that suits me the most is the Summer Shandy with Ashy Roots (I'm a natural blonde). Don't be afraid to go light bc the color of these toppers is gorgeous! They all look beautiful. The Creamy Ice likely wouldn't suit me because the roots are too dark and I'm a natural blonde.

For the Cream Soda, I do have to add shadow rooting of a darker blonde, so it looks natural. Shadow rooting is what makes these toppers look natural. I spray the Cream Soda roots with L'Oreal root spray in dark blonde and it looks great.

When I tell people I'm wearing a topper, they are shocked because it looks so natural. When I bump into someone I have not seen in a while, they say, "Wow your hair is so long! It looks great." I lost 50% of my hair after having my daughter unfortunately.

As for Uniwigs, I have had a lost package, and they fixed the issue asap. They respond to your online inquiry within 24 hours. You have to use the online inquiry tool and not your email and they will respond STAT. In the case of my lost package, they resent my package right away and I got my hair topper within a week. Also, I did return a Hope hair topper because synthetic hair was not for me and it was so easy to return. I submitted a return request on their website and they gave me return instructions; I requested credit. I had to pay return postage, but I didn't see it as an issue. As soon as my return was received by Uniwigs, I received my credit which I later used with no issues.

I recommend this company; their price point is good; their products are top notch; their customer service is really good. Remember to be patient because they are a Chinese company and you are dealing with an international company (even though they have a warehouse in California)... you may experience language barriers, etc. They are very professional and provide great service. This company is legit.

I prefer the Upgrade Claire Plus because the base is a bit bigger and it's more comfortable. The clips are so comfortable and good quality. In the past year, the clips have not damaged my hair at all. The hair quality is of high value for the price. These toppers will easily last 6 months with daily wear. Because I buy 2 of each color, each topper will last at least a year of daily wear bc I wear one at a time. I need to wash them every 2 weeks. I also spray argon oil on them daily to keep them soft.

So this is my first topper, and admit to be not too educated regarding companies. I got référés to Uniwig by this fake influencers who makes good review because they get gifted their pieces. I bought the side part but got a middle part. Of course the hair is uneven. But I did not realized it right away because of my inexperience. They were willing to send me a new one but had to pay for shipping and had to return the one I had before. But I had worked it for a week. I could not go out without it anymore, I have to much hair lost. Strike 1. Strike 2. I washed it with a very high quality product. It was supposed to dry straight but it dried with beach wave and now looks like straw. I am afraid to put the flat iron because I tried it a little on low heat and there is a weird smell. I feel that the hair is going to get more dry even if I put good quality hair. Very disappointed. Learned my lesson.

I have struggled with thin hair my whole life. I could never choose a hair style but had to go with whatever my hair would do. Things improved when I discovered extensions, which I had for a decade, but then my hair on top finally became too thin and the extensions didn't look natural. I wanted to go wigs but felt so unauthentic in a full wig. Then I discovered Uniwigs toppers which I could blend in with my own hair and my whole life has changed! I agree you do have to play around with a topper when you first get it out of the box to make it feel like you, such as moving the part or tucking a bit behind your ears, or maybe a little trim for a bit of face framing, but I have always ended up in love with my toppers. I am super happy with Uniwigs customer service and the quality of the hair, in my opinion they are amazing value for money.

So far, I am happy with the hair quality, but I could of done with a little more density. Shipping took way too long, so this why I am giving a 2

Shopping is easy but the color choices are challenging for me, I am definitely not a black. I just returned 2 toppers and am thinking about trying the Megan in dark coffee brown but I am nervous. Restocking fees are high. Also I do not know how to do an exchange now that you received my 2 returned items.

I got a trashy wig for a high price not even professional never buying again. Stay away from this scam business

They took my money and shipped item to a different country yet charged me. Now I am out my money and the item. Filing a dispute and will never buy from them again!

My first lace front wig. I cut quite a bit of length off of it and altered the hairline to match my own more. People who saw me in public raved about my hair. One lady asked if I colored it myself or had it professionally done. When I told her it was a wig, she was genuinely shocked. People at church barely recognized me and honestly were amazed by the look. The color is beautiful and has individual strands in varying colors of pale purple if you look up close. This allows for a more realistic color effect and is beautiful. The length and volume were a bit heavy for me and I thinned it some too and may still go back and thin it some more. The hairline is very rounded and needed some trimming and plucking to look a bit more natural, at least on me. But really, I enjoy this wig immensely.

I have been buying wigs from uniwigs for years now. The synthetic lace fronts are amazing and can look very real. I always get compliments or someone asking where I got my hair done. A lot of people think it's my real hair! I just recently purchased a brown and blonde synthetic wig for my wedding and it just looks fabulous. It has curls and bounce and is so long and beautiful. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better wig for my wedding! Perfect wigs for occasions or every day. I highly recommend. They always have great sales too. :)

I suffer from hashimotos which is an autoimmune disease. I changed my diet and push myself to take hair pieces. My friends recommend to wear hair extensions to add hair volume. I searched from google and found uniwigs hair extensions. I placed the order and finally got their hair pieces. Of course, wearing hair extensions boost my confidence on how I look.

Bought a synthetic topper ( I think it is called Clair) and the color was so off it looked zero nothing like the description. Plus it was so thin it did little to nothing for beefing up my already thin hair. I've tried all the tricks to help it and it still looks like road kill. I had to face it, I got ripped off big time. I wouldn't give them a penny.
