Worst ever service by the support team and very rude. I do not know how people are still taking service from them. I am stuck with a domain and I am not able to transfer.

They have horrible service. Server keeps on going down... root server gets hacked, then they deleted all client websites without any backup or anything, just wiped out everything. They have no idea how to administer an server. Support system takes weeks to respond, that's too with a useless reply. After that they suspended all client account without any notice or information.
Unlimitedgb.com and their parent company Interweb iTech (India) Pvt. Ltd. Is totally fraud. They takes your money and they disappear, you will have no means to contact or complain them.

Tip for consumers:
simply stay away from them. Even a free Webhost is 100 times better than this.

Very bad company, Don't buy any type of services from them. They have poor quality services. Their server hacked every time. Your data isn't secure. Plus they never reply you on calls and support, their is only one guy behind it who handling with poor knowledge of hosting services. He using fake id on chat and support.

Tip for consumers:
Guys, if you hosted your site on their server, so after expired of service, move your domain and hosting. asap.

If you want to face hassles and harassment, have a headache for your website, or you want to be treated like a fool and taken for a ride, try UnlimitedGB.com
The less said the better, the most pathetic web host, they make tall claims for being customer friendly but pay them and then keep calling them and messaging them and loose your sleep for they wont listen to you neither they would apologize for their mistakes but will actually treat you like a fool and have the audacity to even shout at you and then block you.

Hello Friends,

Please don't purchase anything from unlimitedgb.com there team not response till 30 days when you call that time there team reply fack ans. There support team lazy peoples never solved your problem. There server team delete your files and folder without any information also change internal server and not put your files over there when you call them told me that due to technical issue server has been shift and we dont have any backup. This kind of issue occurred many time... and last I am shift my hosting and domain to another server like. Godaddy, bluehost etc..

I cannot speak highly enough of UnlimitedGB professionals. They are cost effective and extremely efficient, my advice is "do not look any further, if you want the best, UnlimitedGB are simply the best" I give them top marks in everything and look forward to a great future with them.

Too irresponsible company with pathetic services. They even don't care about their old customers. I regularly pay them for my domains and hostings but they I had lost my all visitors, customers and all sale. Totally, I had lost my company's many years of reputation. I'm just here to say that this is a pathetic company. Just try out rich care companies like hostgator or bluehost for hosting and godaddy for domains.

The Company cancels your account with no justifiable reason. In my case, it stated that there were multiple spam emails from my account, which I am unaware of. Neither it gives the mail receivers address nor logs, trace or anything. It's just their word of wisdom.

From *******@bunkstop.com there has been almost 1lakh spamming mails has been sent, so its not possible to sort it all, due to this our server has been down for almost 24 hours, you are using shared hosting, lot of other customers domains also hosted in the same server they also got affected due to this issue, we have faced lot of loss due to this issue, so we cant unsuspend your account right now.

HI,

I don't require all the mail it has been sent to just a few to see even if they are being sent and the frequency, IP etc.

Secondly please provide the logs of the mail being sent as from my end no mails have been sent as I cannot see any in the mail folders(sent/drafts etc)

Finally, even if they are being sent it is not necessary the compromise has been from our side as we have not shot any emails. Did you check your systems for any security breaches?

Please provide logs for such activity, as my business is affected due to the suspension.

Please tell me how did you close in to the emails are being sent by my mail address?

I have that mail account logged in and cannot see any such spam mail.

Please provide me with the data by which you traced the spam mail origin.(logs, systrace, syslog)

Let me repeat this for you
I have not sent any spam mail from my side there is a security lapse in your server
If you are disabling my account I need a proper reason and report of the analysis.
Just saying something won't help

Iniatially www.unlimitedgb.com is good, But no a days its support response is poor. Contact no are always switched off and the chat response is very very poor. Please dot go with Iniatially www.unlimitedgb.com, Please goth with other hosting provider.

On dated Oct 31 I have purchased a windows server From UNLIMITED WEB HOSTING along with a domain name (
helloarup.com) The Order Number: *******512.
Till now my server is not ready and now i have decided to refund my money.
I have send several support ticket for this, but didn't find any solution.
Even I have also called several times in their phone number which is given on the invoice. Their chat is not works at night. Even they are not in 24/7 support service.

Too irresponsible service. On every page I am getting error as "too many connection" this is due to mysql max_connection is set to 50 connection. As I am using share hosting the connection is distributed among other users too.
I has asked unlimitedgb to increase the connection limit but they refused to increase it now I am looking for other host.

The company works fraudulently. Do not under any circumstances opt for their services. I had opted for their unlimited hosting plans, but when I realised, you get to host only one website, I immediately requested for a refund, within 10 minutes of purchasing the service.

Their response to my reason to cancel, We will refund only if they think that it is worth their while to refund me my money.

This is the most uncustomer-centric company I have ever dealt with. The Customer Service representatives are very rude. They outrightly say it is the customers fault that the customer did not understand their ambiguous promotions.

For all those who want to have a better hosting service opt for any other company but this.

Me to also face same issue from them we also bought a Reseller service from them and they only used one day to test their features. When we check their plans it was saying Unlimited Space, Unlimited Bandwidth, when we call them over phone they are saying only 2.5 GB will give for all account. In their plan page or any other place we didn't seen anything saying like 2.5 GB is know as Unlimited It was an cheating and they are also saying Master WHM but it was fake they are only allowing us as an normal reseller. We also requested them to refund the money. For that we have created an ticket an there was no reply from them at all... When we call their support number they are saying that we don't have any policy for refund the money... The support sucks.

Unlimited pain where you know!

The worst service I have ever had in my life, this company unlimitedGB has everything in its name and site content but never good in commitment and other fake promises that company does with their customers.

I believe all of you had same issue with this guy

I have come across following

1. In the companies website they provide 3 numbers that dont respond after business hours I guess, just now I called'em and all 3 lines not answered

2. Another funny thing their chat Engine says they are away

3. They have another service "Send Instant Message (SMS)" with message " Enter your contact number with your message & a representative will contact you immediately " I submit my details more than 3 times but no responce

I am sure these folks had their full and having sound sleep by this time

Very technically competent support staff.
- Very flexible service that can grow or shrink in seconds.
- It just works. I have a lot of monitoring of remote servers in place and since moving to Unlimitedgb I don't hear a peep from it.

They are the worst. Suspend my 50 MB site using 2 GB bandwidth monthly after 1 month. I signed up for 3 years, They don't provide me money back, I request in 30 days. So I recommend all of you to stay way. Just google 'unlimitedgb.com scam' and you will find out what I mean.
Please note: they are number one forum spammers. So most of the other comments may be fake

This would be a worst hosting company that I have experienced. The cPanel provided by them was worthless so as their technical assistance too. Stay away from this little pricks, as their services are too horrible..

The worst hosting company I have ever seen. 48+ hours of continuous outage happened on Feb 10 2013. Very poor technical support. If you want your business online smoothly, chose some other best providers, not unlimitedgb.
